AH-MAZE-ING. We woke up this morning with a flat tire, in a hotel parking lot, an hour away from home. A quick Google search directed us to Tire Warehouse, 6 minutes away from where we were and thankfully open on a Sunday so we took a chance. We walked in and explained the situation. Within 10 minutes, our truck was looked at, tack removed, tire plugged and repaired. We were attempted to be shooed off and that we owed nothing, but we refused and threw a quick $60 at them. They saved the day and hours of aggravation elsewhere, how could we not. The people who work there are friendly, honest, considerate..I mean... I could just keep going on. I shopped for tires and made an appointment online. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment they said they had no appointment or tires. I showed them the confirmation text and email and the guy could care less. He was actually an ass about it, not even an apology. DO NOT GO HERE. I went to Tire Warehouse for new tires and a wheel alignment. The second I drove off, my car was pulling left and right--a clear sign the alignment was either done wrong or not done at all. They did not give me an alignment report. When I came back the next day and demanded a copy, I was told the printer was "broken." That excuse alone tells you everything you need to know. When I explained the issue, they offered to redo the alignment, basically admitting they messed it up the first time. I refused and took my car to Town Fair Tire, where the alignment was done correctly and I was given a printed report. That report proves there is NO WAY my car would suddenly need another alignment one day later unless Tire Warehouse never did it or had no clue what they were doing. This place is shady, dishonest, and unprofessional--from the mechanics to the managers. No transparency, no paperwork, and unsafe workmanship. Always demand an alignment report before you leave. If they won't give you one, assume the work was not done. I will never come back and I do NOT recommend this place under any circumstances. read more

I scheduled an appointment with Goodyear to have my tires installed. I prepaid for all 4 tires and labor, about $550 dollars (great price). My appointment was scheduled with this Tire Warehouse at 7:30 am on the 17th. I arrive, 7:30am, and no one was at the shop. I called three different phone numbers, left a message, and at about 8am I went home. I called again at 8:30am, someone finally answered. They said they don't receive appointments to their system from Goodyear, and no one was at the shop because they only had appointments scheduled for 10 am and 5pm. Mind you, they advertise that they accept walk-ins, so they should be open during the business hours posted on their front door. The person on the phone asked me what tires I bought about 5 times. Turns out, they had received the tires that I purchased, and put them in stock. I asked if I could just come down and take the tires that I had already PAID for, but they said no, they wouldn't get paid if I did that. Then, another guy gets on the phone and tries to sell me 4 other tires, says they're doing a buy 3 get 1 free deal. He obviously has trouble reading the room. I would not recommend this Tire Warehouse to anyone. I got a refund from Goodyear and had my tires installed elsewhere with no issue. I will be contacting their corporate office. read more

Called on a Saturday for new tires. Was quoted for two different types. Arrived Sunday for my appointment and they did not have the tires they said they have. Switched to a lesser model then forced to take a warranty I did not want. When I asked to remove the warranty they said the tires are the same price with or without the warranty. That was suspicious. They were very forceful on buying the warranty. They installed the tires, I drove away with vibration. They forgot to balance them. When I asked the corporate office for help, it was a big problem and run around. So I went someone else to get them balanced and am working with corporate on a refund which has been alot of fun too. read more

Have to give a shout out to the guys at Tire Warehouse in West Springfield, MA. My low tire pressure light has been going on and off for a while so I did notice one tire looked low. So this morning, in the pouring rain, I tried to add air to the low tire. Well, the machine at the gas station is apparently broken because it took all but 6 PSI out of the tire! So I knew this place was just down the street across from the Big E (which is where I was headed for the dog show). So I stopped in and they waited on me right away and went out and took the tire off the car, checked for nails and other issues, didn't find anything. Put it back on, checked the air in all tires, and sent me on my way. I asked how much I owed and they said "nothing." Wow! I thought this was going to turn into a huge expensive issue and I would miss my ring time at the Big E, but they helped me right away and were super nice. If you live in the area, you should go here. I live in Boston, so I can't make it my regular place unfortunately, but if I ever have issues when I am in the area, this is where I'll go! read more

Approximately a week or two after one bad visit, my wife went to get into the same vehicle previously brought in and noticed the front tire had a completely flat tire. She called AAA to change the tire (full spare) so she could go on and do her errands with the kids. The AAA serviceman was unable to get the spare tire down so he filled the flat tire so she could get to a tire repair location. She called to let me know and I left work to switch vehicles. I took the vehicle directly to Tire Warehouse in West Springfield... After a short wait, they inspected the entire tire and determined it was a slow leak in the bead of the tire (not sure if this was the same bead they just repaired). While watching them inspect, it seemed the speed of the leak didn't seem to be one that'd make the tire flat overnight. They said if the leak continues, to bring it back and they'll take care of it. Anyway... I was charged $30 for the repair and I went on with my day. During the next 4-5 hours, I monitored the tire and checked the PSI every hour or so. It lost 1-2 PSI every hour. It was evident the repair done did not fix the issue. I took the vehicle over to my father's place and we took the tire off and inspected it ourselves. With some Dawn soap and water, we found a hole in less than 3 minutes. I captured a video of the soapy solution bubbling at the hole. Since it was later in the day, we left the tire off and I decided to just bring the tire itself back to Tire Warehouse in the morning. Arrived at Tire Warehouse in the morning and I showed them the hole. They said it'll be 45 minutes to repair so I left the tire and came back. When I got back, they said the tire was not repairable because of the location of the hole. I understood what they were saying but it did seem to still be in the repairable region of the tire. Anyway... they offered to sell me a used tire for $40. When I was questioning if it could be repaired or not, I received attitude. I mentioned I was calling to get a recommendation from my father (mechanic by trade), and I received further attitude. Also, the individual who did the repair the previous day never offered a refund for the repair that did not resolve the issue in the first place. I found the hole. He did not. Instead, I was offered a used tire at an additional cost. Had he found the hole the first time, I wouldn't have been looking at added cost. I requested my tire and rim back and decided to take them to a shop in Agawam. The shop in Agawam was able to repair the tire with the appropriate patch inside the tire. Since then, there's been no leak with the tire. That repair cost me an additional $25 (+$5 tip) and the tire was fixed. Kudos to THAT shop. In summary, unfortunately, I feel I was taken for the $30 bead repair at Tire Warehouse that did not fix the leak. I was turned away to have the patch repair done and was offered to purchase a $40 used tire instead. Had I paid for the used tire, I would have spent $70 total. I was never offered a credit for the bead repair (which could have been rework from the bead repairs done a couple weeks prior). I found the leak myself and took it elsewhere and repaired for only $25. I've bought the majority of my tires from Tire Warehouse. Due to bad attitudes, low level of customer service, and shady workings - my family and I will no longer be a customer of Tire Warehouse in West Springfield. I went here to get my tires switched from winter to summer. I called in advance and asked how much it would be and the employee told me at first that it would be $60. I asked if it would be any cheaper since I had bought my winter tires there and he said "oh yeah, it'll be $15." I sent my boyfriend to have them switched two days later and they switched them but charged me $15 PER TIRE which came out to $60 and to top it all off they didn't tell him how much it would be until AFTER they had switched my tires out. I called today to speak to a manager, which I got a very unenthusiastic sounding Tim, and explained the situation. Had a lovely conversation about how the employee who I had originally spoke to must have assumed that my tires were already mounted on rims and that's where the price came from. I never led him to believe that and explained exactly how I had phrased my question. The manager then said that the price had been the same for the past 10-15 years. Well, that's all fine and dandy but that still doesn't change the fact that I was originally quoted $15 and expect to be charged $15, not $60. After I got off the phone with the manager (which I'm not going to lie, I rudely hung up on Unenthusiastic Tim after saying "Have a great day") I called Customer Service where I spoke to a young lady but I lost the call mysteriously. Attempted to call again to be placed on hold for more than 5 minutes. While my life might be uneventful, I really don't have the patience for that. So my issue remains unresolved but I will find my peace knowing that some other soul will read my review and avoid this place and avoid dealing with Mr. Tim. read more

Love, love love! After getting a flat tire at BJ in Chicopee, I called Tire Warehouse and told them I was having my car towed there. The guys quickly met me as I exited the tow truck and started to work on my tire. Within 15 minutes my tire was repaired and I was on my way with no charge since I bought my tires there. Update- they quickly respond to anything negative on the sites to give the illusion that they are going to rectify the situation. However when you call you're bounced around, no one helps you and it's the same story. Don't fall for the fact that they respond with fake empathy. Yelp - you should have an option for us to respond back to them when they reply. Michelin actually helped me and sent me to a different dealer to have my tires replaced under warranty. They sold me "new" tires that were old and had a flat spots and caused my car to vibrate. Check the manufacture date on your tires before you buy them or drive away. It's on the side wall.They are shady shady shady. And the shadiness starts at the top and rolls down to the individual locations. It's all numbers and they don't care. read more

Brought my vehicle here to have a flat tire fixed, what a joke of a place, I was the only customer and still waited over 45 minutes then the tire was inflated to the wrong pressure and the valve stem cap was missing, and they couldn't find it, not a big deal but they were special ones I bought, also for 25 bucks they can shove it, I just had a flat fixed a couple months back by Town fair for under 9 bucks and they rotated the tires free, never go here again read more

I visited this location a few months ago and asked them to look at my tires since one tire was losing air and the car was driving bumpy, they said the tires looked great, a week later I had a blowout on the highway because a nail that had been in my tire was finally dislodged. I went to the closest tire warehouse in worcester to get new tires, a few weeks later and the car is driving bumpy again, my subaru dealership thought the problem was how the new tires were balanced, I go back to the springfield location, both the rude employees at the store and the rude employee on the customer service phone line try to charge me $100 to re-balance the tires, and claim there is no way to figure out if its the front two or the back two so they need to charge me to rebalance all 4. Drove over to Town Fair Tires and received great costumer service, and they charged $30 and were easily able to figure out which two tires were having the problem, much nicer store, filled with customers unlike the vacant tire warehouse and competent staff. (They also noted what a terrible job was initially done in mounting the tires) read more
