    I got a great deal on a wonderful Nissan Altima! Great service, great employees. Will definitely be back in the future for another car!

    How about a 5 star car buying experience, ever happen to you it did to me?!!! From beginning to end…read moreit was one of the most pleasurable car buying events I have had! I placed the order in mid December; my particular car configuration had to be ordered directly from the factory; Subaru was back logged until March of this year. I was in no hurry so the long wait period wasn't an issue. Joe Bucko, my salesmen, throughout the entire process was exceptional: following up, taking care of details and was never pushy at any time about up-selling etc. I was given a more than satisfactory price for my trade-in and my new car was discounted below what I was expecting. When the new car arrived, I sat down with Tom, one of the finance guys and in less than 10 to 15 mins. all the paperwork was complete and I was out the door. One of the new features Subaru is offering is a maintenance contract for the first 6 oil changes , It incls oil changes every 6,000 miles, inspections, maintenance and parts and a free set of OEM tires when needed. The maintenance contract for my vehicle was $970.00 which can be rolled over into the purchase price of the new car; there is no sales tax on the prepaid service plan. The one caveat is all service must be done on time by any Suburu dealer in the country; any out of network service voids the plan. I could not be happier with my new car and that was in large part due to the overall exceptional treatment and car buying experience I received at Bertera Subaru of West Springfield!!!

Bertera on the other hand seems to know way more and has much more enthusiasm selling these cars. They even have a beautiful antique in the showroom and sell Subaru dog harnesses. So yes, a way more fun dealer. If we buy a Subaru, it will be from here.

I would like to share a very unpleasant incident that happened to me and my family at Volvo Cars West Springfield. I am extremely upset, and this situation has caused me emotional and mental pain. On Monday, April 27, in the evening, when I was driving with my child, my Volvo had two flat tires. I was very scared by what happened. Volvo Roadside Assistance towed my car to the dealership I'm writing about. Our insurance for new wheels, which I changed just 3 months ago, includes new tire coverage in certain situations. The woman at the reception who took the car from me promised that she would do everything possible to speed up the replacement process. However, she completely ignored me after that. She didn't answer my calls and was very dismissive. I have personally visited the car dealership several times. Each time, she told me that she didn't know anything yet and that I needed to wait 3-4 days. She kept repeating that the request was in the "pending" status, but did not provide any real information about my car. I stood there holding my baby in my arms and asked if everything was okay, but she ignored my questions. I also asked if I could rent a car to visit a doctor since I don't have transportation. She didn't help. After three days, there was absolutely no progress. I was extremely upset and emotionally exhausted. I took the keys and headed for the exit with the baby in my arms. When I left, the woman at the front desk representing the Volvo dealership "used profanity." I hope my experience will help others. No one apologized to me. I want this situation to be reviewed and made public.

    Car has black paint streaks and damage to it, chrome cracked and bent on bumper, along with sensor…read morenot fixed aesthetically (which I was reassured would not happen) , is not in all the way and paint chipped around it, bouncing all over the place, like a boat going over rocky water, still clunking and barely stays on the road. Front end dipping and bouncing. I went to the dealer because I wanted the work done right. I've paid hundreds in rental fees and now will have to bring it somewhere else and pay again to get it fixed. I do not trust my car there after there is black paint marks all over it and a dent. Looks like they backed into something and hit the side and tailgate. Emailed, called and text and no follow up since April 15th.

Long story short, they kept it all weekend, told my husband the next week that they couldn't find the issue, but it turned out they never moved it out of the parking space it was in. We weren't happy. The manager tried to rectify this to my husband by giving him a free oil change for wasting his time, as well as lying to him. Fast forward to this morning! My disabled veteran husband and his service dog went in for the free oil change. Only it turns out, that manager is gone now, and he made no note of this in my husband's file! The current manager wouldn't listen to the story, or honor what had happened. This service shop is run by liars (as previously shown, when they told my husband they couldn't pin point the issue, but turned out they never even TOUCHED his car all weekend) as well as cheap people, who refuse to honor their previous mistakes. This was an $80,000 truck that he ordered, and every time we have come to this place, there's an issue. He walked in, a disabled veteran, IN A UNIFORM, and lied to his face. And now today, wouldn't even honor their word to rectify it. I can promise you, my husband's integrity is far above the average person, and he'd never ask for something for free if it wasn't already promised. Pathetic, all the way up to the management.
