Nov.15 I finally get the car; seat belts don't click (only driver), windshield still broken, car making weird noises while driving, turning off and turning on, car shaking really bad especially on reverse, while driving, at a stop sign,CD player doesn't work, Bluetooth doesn't work,lights are out, speakers are practically blown, battery keeps going out causing clock to reset,middle arm rest is broken,tires are shit so is the spare (14 psi), breaks has a weird movement like a pause like of it got stuck half way! which is a safety hazard, they gave me the car with only a quart of gas. Hood will only close if you slam it.Trevor, Diane, the fat old lady that sits by the bathroom, and the fat older guy with glasses like to gang up on you, give a lot of attitude,scream,shout, and act like they're the victim . These bamboons didn't even know the lemon law (they had to Google the shit) or how to sell a car but want to brag about being in business for 43 years. I was told I have a warrenty of 30 days 100 miles but I have to drive the car for 100 miles before getting it inspected because of the new battery when I told them I'm driving 2 miles a day that's impossible and doesn't make sense they got mad and the screaming and jumping around like toddlers started again oh i don't care whatever, whatever not my problem that's yours it's your car now while he rolled his eyes like a teenager on her period(is what I got). I have 4 co workers that vouched for them but I guess how I'm not white this is the reason I'm the only one dealing with this shit storm of morons. Called three different times to get information and try to set an appointment (it was a little troublesome to schedule an appointment, but we settled on a time and date. Weekend wasn't possible because it was "a little too busy"). When calling to confirm the appointment, Nick had forgotten there was an appointment, had forgotten the car/s I was interested in, Despite having spoken to him less than 24 hours before. He also asked if there was any way I could come in earlier because he had to leave early. Not possible because I scheduled time off of work for the appointment because the weekend was "a little too busy". This looked like an okay deal, because of prices. I was willing to go with a different bank than my own (that won't finance rebuild titles) in order to get more car for my money. And while I know personal skills aren't the same as autobody skills I have zero confidence moving forward based on basic customer service. Boy, am I glad I did! Ira asked what I was looking for and obviously listened because he found exactly what I wanted at the exactly the right price point. He was very transparent about the deal, charged NO FEES, and spent time going over the car with me before I left the lot. The cherry on top? We had asked to bring the vehicle to our mechanic prior to purchase for him to inspect it but dealer said he didn't have any plates to put on vehicle for us to do that. (What dealer doesn't have dealer plates??!) Should have been a flag I know! But he assured us the car was in GREAT condition, soooo we trusted him. BIG MISTAKE! I reached out to them immediately after discovering issues and asked him to remedy the situation in good faith. Told him that we would even be willing to except a reduced amount on the refund so as to resolve it amicably. He immediately said NO and then proceeded to accuse us of 'breaking the car and making those issues (that were clearly there for a long while) ourselves in the 3 weeks we had it. Shame on me for not finding these other reviews before we bought it. He's done this very thing to many others and his attitude clearly demonstrated to me that he's got ZERO shame about it. It only took 2 days after signing the paperwork before I was called to come get my new car. A few days after picking my new car up, I noticed a vibration when braking. I called Tony to let him know & he advised me to drop my car off at my convenience as this was around the Thanksgiving holiday. (No questions asked, no attitude, just great customer service!). I dropped my car off, and they gave me a loaner vehicle. When I picked my car up (the very next day), they had fixed the vibration by replacing all 4 brake pads & rotors to ensure I didn't have any issues moving forward. They even noticed a ripped wiper blade & fixed that as well. I highly recommend Auto Point if you're looking for an affordable used car. The entire experience was above & beyond my expectations! We had a poor experience with our 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee in their service department. We had…read morepreviously taken it there with positive results (ignition recall handled well) but this was unfortunately different. The vehicle died overnight with a cigarette cell charger plugged in (no phone hooked up) and we figured that killed the battery. We jumped it and moved on. Next day, it was dead again. Tested the battery and it came back good so we replaced the alternator. It died again. Replaced the battery, it died again. Something was draining the battery overnight. When we first brought it to Chris, after explaining what had been done already, he said "Are you sure you didn't leave a light on?" and we were a bit insulted. Who replaces an alternator and battery but leaves a light on? No lights were left on and that question was ridiculous, given the circumstances. This was followed by other seemingly foolish possibilities like: back latch not closed hard enough or a CD in the stereo. These were each trips to the dealer and costs without solving the issue. It was determined that something was drawing power and as I understand it now, systems within the vehicle needed to be disconnected until the cause was found while testing the draw. After $500+ spent, they were not able to find or fix the issue. Guzik had previously told me they'd not be able to fix it without thousands of dollars and weeks. In 1.5 hours of labor Spencer Chrysler in Warren found it. Part + labor = $420. I would not recommend Guzik to anyone for service. Maybe their sales department is better but I won't try that out either. When you bring your vehicle to them, you trust them to be knowledgeable about the vehicle make they're affiliated with but I would not suggest trusting them to repair anything with any complexity at all. Oil change? Sure. Brakes? Probably. Power issue? NO!
