TURO .. Now thats how we met this clown family.....We rented a Porsche from Moe with over a month out for are wedding...When I showed up it was covered is ice from the ice storm 2 days prior....Then the window was broken ....Come to find out it had been broken for a while and they have been renting it out...Now all this could of been a small thing that we talked about and worked out but nope...A young child handles the phones for any kinda of questions or issues and if you read the reviews you will see everyone talks about her...I assume she's moes daughter but no matter what you say or do it's your fault...The car was perfect when it left so it's all your fault...She accuses and argues and makes the whole experience a nightmare....After everything was said and done Moe's son admitted to me about the broken door/window and TURO refunded me after reading all the messages . Sals Auto..More like Sals CLAPPED out TURO cars you can now buy! Lol

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. My 17 year old daughter had her heart set on…read morepurchasing a 2007 Volkswagen Beetle advertised on this business' website. We drove almost two hours today to view, test drive, and purchase the vehicle. When we arrived the first thing we noticed were the pictures online misrepresented the condition of the car. In the pictures online the car looks decent with no chipped paint or scratches. Upon further inspection there was peeling paint, scratches on the exterior and a large crack in the windshield. In the interior of the car the headliner was secured by thumbtacks, the backseat leather was ripped, and the glove compartment came completely off in our hands. The online ad for this particular car advertised AC blows cold air, but once the car was started we tested the AC only to discover it was blowing hot air only. My husband test drove the car and stated he was surprised that the car made it back to the dealership after only a short test drive. Once my husband and daughter arrived back at the dealership my daughter was visibly upset and my husband told the salesman that we were not interested in the car. The salesman asked "What's wrong with it?" The more appropriate question would be what's not wrong with it? So we had to drive two hours home with a heartbroken and disappointed daughter. All I can say is consumer be aware. This dealership specializes false advertising disguised as a good deal!

DO NOT BUY HERE! That's the short version. Long version is that the odds of my daughter and I…read morecoming to this dealership and both buying the only two cars on the lot that have MAJOR issues and all the other cars are not lemons are very slim to none. My daughter drove her 2019 39k mile car 5 times before overheating and finding coolant in the engine, cracked engine, and it needed to be replaced. My shop said $8k to fix with an engine with 19k miles and warranty. I called Legend Auto Sales because I did NOT buy a car specifically with under 50k miles and around 6 yrs old to be unable to drive it in less than 2 weeks! Jeremy said he would get with the owner and try to work something out. After weeks of checking in and calling and yes needed a new engine they finally said it was ready. I told him my daughter would pick it up and you know what he said?!? Is she going to pay for it? WTF!! Well there was clearly a misunderstanding because I thought they were trying to make it right. But what can I do? So I paid $3400 more for an overpriced POS with 89k miles on it. It ran for one month and now overheating again and my daughter stuck on the highway!! Never go here! Please. The best recourse I have is to keep them from ever making another dollar. And Jeremy sucks at his job. The owner sucks at his job and the dealership should be shut down. They sell cars with major problems. Dealing with my own car issues now too. Not leaving me on the side of the road but not worth the price I paid. Wish me luck. Have a nice day. Buy a car somewhere else though.
