Wanted to write this review to share my encounter that I had with this man driver woke me up at…read more3:30 AM that he had a blown tractor tire and that he had contacted Junior services for help getting it repaired. The driver had asked him if he accepted card as form of payment he had said yes so we thought everything was fine. He completed services. Everything was fine but after he was done repairing the tire, he called me asking me how I was gonna pay him. I told him that the driver had the credit card to make the payment and he told me you know what I'm gonna tell the truth I have problems right now with child support and I can't run your card because they're taking my money away. I explained to him that that's why I have the credit card for emergencies because I couldn't afford to pay him the $460 out-of-pocket at that point cause I had other payments to make he asked me well what can you round up? What can you get me? I told him that if it was going to be Zelle, I could only do 300 Because that's the only thing I had available at the moment And he told me to ask the driver for more so we could give him the full $460 And I told him that I couldn't do that to the driver and he said oh that's fine. Don't worry about it. I'm gonna have to call somebody to take the tire off. I had to call my brother to see if he can lend me some money. He sent me $100 and then I told the driver to tell him to see if he would accept $400 and he still said no and that he was gonna take the tire off so by that point i asked my brother for the other $60. My brother sent me the money and I told him I was gonna pay him and then he said no don't worry about it Just save it so you could pay all the tickets. The DOT is gonna give you because it's my job to inform the DOT when something isn't right and can affect third parties. at that point, I got a call from my driver, letting me know that the DOT had arrived and had told my driver that the DOT was there because he had told them that he was gonna take the tire off and that we we're gonna drive off without any tires by that time. My driver told him that was a lie that he was that he wasn't gonna move at the end the DOT ask driver to show proof of payment and they let him go but this comes to show you how this guys works be careful with this guys if he doesnt get what he wants he will call the dot !

Their Odessa location could not accommodate my work schedule, so I was directed to the Fort Stockton shop. I arrived at approximately 4:00 PM and waited about 15 minutes before my vehicle was looked at. They had just completed work on another vehicle, and my truck was promptly relocated to that spot. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout the visit, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed that no estimate or quote was provided before the work began. The repair involved hard-wiring two hood-mounted cube lights on my 2022 Ford Raptor into an existing upfitter switch. Once access was gained, the installation was straightforward and relatively simple. The work was performed outside because both service bays were occupied, and the overall condition of the shop appeared disorganized and cluttered. The installation took approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes to complete but could have been sooner (under 45 minutes) had there not been so many interruptions where the technician had to deal with other drive-in customers, and I even assisted the technician with portions of the work. Despite that, I was billed for 1.5 hours of labor. While the material costs were reasonable, I found the labor rate--effectively around $200 per hour--to be excessive for the scope and complexity of the job. Combined with being charged for additional labor time beyond what was actually required, the final bill felt significantly overpriced. Although the work appears to have been completed correctly and the staff were friendly, the lack of upfront pricing, the labor charges, and the condition of the facility left me dissatisfied. For those reasons, I do not plan to return, regardless of any warranty offered, and I would not personally recommend the shop for similar installations or repairs.

We went to have a flat tire repaired at another location down the street (west). They tried to Screw us for all kinds of fees hundreds of dollars. Just a flat repair could have cost us thousands of dollars after the bad tire/repair shop was done with us. Franky fixed our vehicle for free in minutes. Franky found the problem that the other shop made when they mounted our wheel. They missed align the wheel when they mounted it. We gave the Bad shop the opportunity to fix the problem and do the right thing but they just wanted to take advantage of us. (We are traveling cross country in our new RV Motorhome). The poor workmanship From The Shop West of Bill Williams. Made our vehicles wheels feel like they were about to fall off the vehicle as we traveled at 50 to 60 miles an hour, after they Fixed our flat tire. When we returned to ask why our vehicle was in such poor condition. The bad guy shop told us we needed all this work all new tires and diagnosis fees of over $175 and more BS. We had out of state plates on the rental and weren't local, but staff was still super friendly Tire was fixed in no time and it held pressure well for the remainder of our trip.
