Can't say enough about how happy I am with Rich's work. I just bought a Porsche 911 which had a dent on one of the wheel wells that happened at the dealer and the dealer did not have time to fix it, rather they gave me a credit for me to have it removed (car was in Vegas). I hired another paintless dent remover (West Coast Paintless) who was really highly reviewed on Yelp. They came and charged me $220 for "fixing" the dent, which was agreed at best was 50% improved, needless to say, I was very dissatisfied as they told me this was the best the dent would get since the location was so difficult. Insert Rich from Auto Recon. He got the rest of the dent out that West Coast left and charged me $220 for. The dent is now not noticeable at all! On top of that he charged $300 for that one and another one that happened the other day (completely my fault). Rich was very professional and fair and unlike West Coast, will only charge you if he can get your dent out. I would highly recommend giving Rich a call FIRST, otherwise you will be out $220 for a dent that was not removed by another vendor like I am. THANK YOU RICH! My baby is now fixed! read more

I sent pictures to Rich and he quickly told me he'd make it look as if it never happened! He arrived at my place the next day. A few weeks ago, a car decided to park directly behind my drive way and unfortunately, due to the combination of both my bad luck and cruddy driving skills, I backed up into the vehicle. I had a dent in my car that was there for a couple years and I wanted to get it fixed before I listed my car for sale. I looked around on yelp and gave Rich a call. He was knowledgeable and not pushy so I made an appointment to have him come out later in the day. He showed up on time and went straight to work. About an hour later he grabbed me to show me the repair and it was pretty incredible. I tried to find an imprint of the dent in the body but seriously couldn't find it. The dent was repaired very cleanly and there is no paint damage at all from where the it was. Given that the repair is done by hand, you can imagine it takes a bunch of skill to get it right. Rich left not fifteen minutes ago. The front of my fender got pushed in by some large slow moving force while I was parked on the street. The metal on the body side molding had buckled in several places, the corner where the light met the hood was all squished and weird, and the plastic fender was loose and scraped. Rich was great at communicating as I called him while he was out of town on vacation, had me send him pics from my cell, then came out as soon as he could to give me an estimate. He did in an hour what a local body shop told me they probably do in a day, but might have kept the car overnight- and he did it for less.
