When I texted him the pictures, he told me from the get go that it could be done, however it will take a little extra effort due to its location. I'll be honest, I called another place first (can't name names, but they're supposedly OC's "repairer of dents,") and they said that it wasn't possible, that is I'd have to go to a body shop. No way was I gonna do that! Jay met up with me at a shopping center parking lot, and started to work his magic almost immediately. He used a special glue that is made specifically for this job, a type of glue that is both strong yet pliable and absolutely won't hurt the car's finish. After several applications, the dent was gone. No holes, no filler, no BS. I was there the entire time watching him work his magic. He also offers other services such as color sanding for a very reasonable price! He even did mine for free since it was such a small location. I couldn't be happier with what he does - and if you're as picky and particular about your car as I am with mine, Check out the pics! :)

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!…read more So I bought a deal for 3 car washes on Spreebird Deals & had my 1st service done. My car looked great. Binky (Greg/owner) vacuumed, waxed...the works. So then I decided to bring our household's 2nd car to him for the same "wash" @ 9am. We now figured out that he was only supposed to have washed my car the 1st time so I was willing to now pay for the detail on this 2nd car. Well 3 hours in I checked on the progress & Greg told me he could also fix all 4/the only 4 dents on the car for $25 each. Remembering the flyer he had given me the 1st time & the good detail he had done on the 1st car, I said ok lets fix them all. At about 2:45pm I get a call from Greg saying that he accidentally scratched my car in the process of fixing the last dent. When I get down to see it, Greg is pretty apologetic & says the screwdriver he was using to remove the cap by my gas tank had "gotten away from him". He said that I "just need to take it to his body shop" where he knows the owner & can get a good deal on this repair. He even offered to drive me to & from work while my car was in the shop. Well my boyfriend would never let me get these rides from anyone he didn't know & that had a REALLY beat up/filthy work truck for me to ride in. Not to sound rude, but if you saw this truck... it's a work truck clearly. No judgment passed just telling the story. So ok, I know accidents happen so I am calm about it. I take this car home & my BF looks @ the damage & is shocked to see that the "cap" he was trying to remove to get to the dent was actually the locking mechanism for the gas cap & it needed a special tool to be removed. Not only did he see why the scratch occurred, but he was now wondering where the entire lock disappeared to. He also saw that wax was left on the plastic by the tires...does Greg not know that stains? And our dog's nose & foot prints were still in some places on the inside...no biggie, but apparent that the detail was not complete. Nor were 2 of the dents he said he fixed. We think once he scratched the car, all other promises came to a screeching halt, which was fine by us. After all, he took no $ from me because of the incompleteness, but I intended to pay him "when the car was restored" like he requested. I had my BF call Greg who didn't even know what lock my BF was talking about, but offered for that to be fixed by his body shop as well. My BF was concerned because this body shop recommendation came from Greg, but Greg was VERY INSISTANT we go there so he could get a discount. This body shop is Platinum Auto Body & Painting in Santa Ana CA. Feel free to see my review on their Yelp page. My BF went to the body shop to talk to the person that would be working on his car. Once he felt confortable with the shop, he took his car in there. They couldn't get the part for the gas cap area for 2 more days so Greg offered to pay for a rental car. Got the car back from the body shop... even BIGGER dent on the other side from the body shop now!!!!! Won't go into any more details here about that though. My BF called Greg who now refused to pay for the rental car because he said we owed him for the detail & dents, but the detail was never completed & he fixed 2 dents which didn't come close to how much the rental car cost us. I even used my Entertainment Book discount trying to help Greg out. Things got pretty explosive on the phone because Greg is a VERY hard person to reason with. He interrupts EVERYTHING you say, which I witnessed 1st hand both times I met with him. And I am fully anticipating him to not be able to not reply to this review. I can't WAIT to read it. While my BF was @ the body shop, the owner told him that Greg had brought in 2 more cars in that week that he had ALSO damaged. Not sure if I believe that, but that's what Alfredo said. So nothing was resolved, we took a loss on the rental car & our car now has a worse dent in it, but we aren't about to go back to that body shop again. We wish we had picked our own body shop & never believed 1 word out of Greg's mouth. He knows nothing about cars & everything about BS.
