Over the course of the day I called and texted multiple times with no response. The following day, still no apology or explanation. Got a modest dent in the side of our van. Went to two local body shops both of which gave estimates around $2,000. One shop would take a week and the other a month. Dropped our car off at his home, where he does lots of work. (He has a shop for big stuff.) He did the work promptly and it looks great. But, get this, he said the work didn't take as much time as he had envisioned, so he voluntarily knocked $100 plus off the price. Amazing! He saved us well over $1,000 and we have our van back in three days. Of course, I hope we don't need Rick's services again, but if we do, he's the only one we'll call.
