I can't recommend Rick's Body Repair enough. My 2020 Honda Accord needed bumper repair after an accident, and Rick went above and beyond. He even took my car on the 4th of July, which I never expected, and somehow had the entire job completed by the end of the day. The bumper fitment and paint match came out great, and the car looks dramatically better than it did before. Rick took the time to explain the repair process, answered all of my questions honestly, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and it was obvious he takes pride in his work read more

Text Ricky with a picture of my Toyota rear bumper that was pushed in and needed to be repaired. Ricky called me and gave me a quote and then discounted it after advising him I was a senior citizen. We scheduled to meet up the next morning (Father's Day) and he took less than 30 minutes to get the huge size dent back to its original shape. Ricky told me that he was able to only restore it back to about 80% and I was satisfied with it because I really couldn't tell. I was completely satisfied with Ricky's work, integrity, and professionalism. Hopefully my vehicle stays dent free but in the event it needs it, I'm definitely contacting Ricky first to get it fixed! read more

Rick is an experienced and a professional with auto body repair. 2 other places I requested quote from told me they are unable to work on the dent and damage my front bumper had, but Rick was able to. The price of his service and repair was reasonable in comparison to going to body shops where you will have to buy and fully replace your bumper. read more

Rick was extremely professional and most importantly did a bang up job taking care of my problem within the next day .

First off big big shout out to Rick! He's such a good honest hard working man. He arrived to my house right on time just like he said. He got right to work on removing the dent from my Honda. Did not take more than an hour and it looks even better than before my fender bender! I love that he took the hassle out of having to wait for my car and get a rental. He was even able to make my boyfriends car look much better after an unfortunate hit and run! Thank you thank you! The world needs more people like you! read more

Had a great experience with Rick when getting my Honda repaired this week. An oversized truck left dents and damages on both my fender and bumper, but Rick gave me a fast and fair at-home estimate, great turnover time, and excellent results! He even managed to match the paint evenly with my older model car (which was tricky, given that the paint was already faded with time). Fair price, great communication, and no surprises - my favorite kind of transaction! I'm a very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend to others. read more

Very friendly and quick service! Got a quote almost instantly from Rick when requesting a project. It was a good value considering how much my deductible would be. He was very transparent about what he needed and was able to complete the paint job within a day. The job was done perfectly, and he even did a little touch up on a few older scratches on the car. I highly recommend! read more

TL:DR: Flaked on me and stopped responding. There were a few red flags when I talked to him on the phone, but the other reviews were good and quote was good, so I moved forward. We agreed on the next day, which he said was open for him. He told me to contact him at 9 or 10 the next day. 10am the next morning, I text him and am left on read (yep, his read receipts were on). Over the course of the day I called and texted multiple times with no response. The following day, still no apology or explanation. Completely wasted my time and messed up my day as I had planned things around this. After I wrote this review he contacted me almost immediately offering me a big discount to give him another chance...what a coincidence. He also couldn't offer any legitimate reason for ghosting me. I didn't take him up on his offer. read more

Top notch quality work from Rick with PDR and body repair. They saved my oem paint like I requested with paintless dent removal from a door and repaired lower rocker panel with perfect matching paint. Can't even tell an accident happened! Rick first helped me out early 2023 to repair a rear bumper and I've been hitting him up for any auto-body work since then. He's managed to get our Kia, BMW, Acura, and a Subaru back to looking better than before. His mobile repair work and home-shop make him the perfect person to hit up for any problem. He's always been great at communicating and fair pricing on his quotes and final cost. I'll continue to recommend everyone to Rick and glad that I found a family-owned local repair guy to handle any of my auto-body repairs. Thanks so much Rick and sorry I didn't make the review sooner. read more

Rick and Shirley were extremely flexible with my busy schedule. I had multiple minor dents and a few sharp dents on the passenger side of my car. Despite having to drive out to drop off my vehicle, Rick efficiently completed the repairs, addressing the majority of the dents. He was able to return my car back to me on the same day, per my request. The pricing is exceptionally reasonable, and Rick is willing to work with you to meet your requirements. He operates his business with integrity and strives to deliver top-notch workmanship. read more

Asking people if they know anyone who does body work is usually met by a "yeah, I know someone" and that someone does not pan out. Yelp helped me find Rick and I am beyond satisfied with his work. Rick was very detailed in his plan to fix the areas that needed work, he gave me an honest estimate of when the work would be completed, he provided me with photograps of the progress, and he was very thorough and friendly the entire time. I could not be more satisfied with the work that he did and will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who needs body work done. read more

I recently inquired about their services due to a small but deep scratch that I received on the bumper of my car and I was extremely impress with how fast Rick was able to fix it up! Got a modest dent in the side of our van. Went to two local body shops both of which gave estimates around $2,000. One shop would take a week and the other a month. Contacted Rick, owner of Mobile Bumper & Dent repair, texted him photos of the damage. He gave us a $700 estimate. Said he could do it in three days. Dropped our car off at his home, where he does lots of work. (He has a shop for big stuff.) He did the work promptly and it looks great. But, get this, he said the work didn't take as much time as he had envisioned, so he voluntarily knocked $100 plus off the price. Amazing! He saved us well over $1,000 and we have our van back in three days. Of course, I hope we don't need Rick's services again, but if we do, he's the only one we'll call. I can't recommend him more highly. read more

Rick is the real deal! Fair and upfront pricing. Great communication and very accommodating. He showed up on time, in a professional company logo truck. He explained the repair in detail and finished the job in a timely manner. The result is exactly what he promised. The most valuable factor is Rick's experience. Came in with a pretty bad dent and scratch in the front bumper. Ricky quoted me a rate slightly below the other quotes I had gotten and stuck to it. He did a fantastic job in fixing the dent and scratch but went a step further and made sure it blended in perfectly to the rest of the car. With the extra work he did he still honored the original quote he provided. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs scratches or dents in their car dealt with. Furthermore, his customer service skills are great, he responds quickly, was super accommodating to my schedule, and was very communicative in general. I am so happy with how the repair turned out! read more

Rick is a very reasonable and easy going fella to work with. Upon inquiry he followed up promptly and exchanged photos of the damage. Rick is honest, fair and doesn't treat you according to your gender (ladies, you're safe to do business with him without worry that he will take advantage of you like many other mechanics & bodyshops will). Rick is absolutely courteous and even provided "shuttle service". 5 years ago I got a new car and about 8 months into it, I rear ended a work truck with a hitch sticking out of the back. The hitch poked a hole through my bumper and I was too lazy to get it fixed until now. Rick's Mobile Bumper and Dent Repair was the first result on Yelp and he responded super quickly. Gave me an estimate, looked up my car's paint code to color match the bumper, and scheduled a visit for a few days out. Day of, Rick was very prompt and professional.
