I took my vehicle to the dealership and they gave me a whole list of issues with it. I don't necessarily trust a dealership, so I brought it to Joe. I never actually met with Joe. I met with the young man behind the counter. I can't remember his name but he was very nice. I listed out everything they had told me at the dealership and had them perform the work. The work was done correctly, which is why they get two stars and not one. The issues are a) they charged more than the dealership, which doesn't seem right to me, and b) Joe, the owner, walked past me three times in the two hours that I sat in his waiting area and never even acknowledged my existence. How hard is it to say hello to a customer in your waiting area? I don't know what has happened over the course of the last five years, but this place is not what it used to be. I was thrilled when I first found him but now, I'll probably just use the dealership. They can get me in and out faster, they charge less and they at least say hello to me. It's just not worth spending my money at a place that makes me feel like they don't appreciate my business.

He took a look at the tire, determined it could be repaired, and had someone begin the repair right away. $20 and 30 minutes later my tire had been removed and patched, and I was on my way!
