In 2019 I rated this place 5 stars. How times have changed. Back then the owner could not have been nicer, the work was done well and the prices were excellent. I took my vehicle to the dealership and they gave me a whole list of issues with it. I don't necessarily trust a dealership, so I brought it to Joe. I never actually met with Joe. I met with the young man behind the counter. I can't remember his name but he was very nice. I listed out everything they had told me at the dealership and had them perform the work. The work was done correctly, which is why they get two stars and not one. The issues are a) they charged more than the dealership, which doesn't seem right to me, and b) Joe, the owner, walked past me three times in the two hours that I sat in his waiting area and never even acknowledged my existence. How hard is it to say hello to a customer in your waiting area? I don't know what has happened over the course of the last five years, but this place is not what it used to be. I was thrilled when I first found him but now, I'll probably just use the dealership. They can get me in and out faster, they charge less and they at least say hello to me. It's just not worth spending my money at a place that makes me feel like they don't appreciate my business. read more

would not recommend Had my son take the car into the shop for diagnostics and repair as a few people at his job had used them and recommended them, after getting the diagnostic report we chose not to get everything fixed $2500.00 ,that they suggested ,with ideas of buying a newer car .when repairs were done $1500.00 they called and said the air conditioner compressor locked up and broke the serpentine belt and it would cost another $2500.00 to correctly fix it. I told them to just disconnect the compressor and put a new belt on it but they pushed the idea of it needed the compressor .two months later I was getting the car ready for to sale and noticed the compressor was as not locked up so I plugged it back in and works just fine Would not recommend this location After making 2 concerned calls to let the owner know about these work practices being performed at his business and he will not return my calls ,so I can only assume he knew about the events that occurred read more

I felt comfortable, I was able to get an appointment the next day and car issues were diagnosed. I really didn't want to go to a dealer based on previous experiences so I chose this company after reading previous reviews and close to my home. My car recently needed service since I was getting several error codes. I was adamant about not taking it to a dealer since I know for a fact that they do overcharge me and, I usually have to dedicate an entire day getting my car repaired. Although it was a little far from where I lived I decided to contact them anyway. I called the shop and spoke to the owner who was very friendly, knowlegeable, and took the time to talk to me about the codes. I decided to take my car the following morning. I am so glad that I did. I was schocked, amazed and so happy at how quickly the Owner Joe diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fixed the problem, and even did an oil change. The cost was very, very reasonable, and the work was done in a short amount of time. . Ohh! I forgot to mention while I was waiting on my car Joe called me over to the garage and showed me my battery that was in dire need of replacement. I gave him the ok to replace it with a new one. Favorite repair shop down here since I moved to the West Broward area almost three years ago. Joe is courteous, friendly, and informative. If he's ever able to not help me in a time crunch, he'll point me in the direction of someone who can. He's also great at communication, even if you aren't able to reach him on the first call, he'll respond to his voicemail as soon as he gets the message. His prices are very reasonable, especially given the excellent quality of work and customer service he provides.
