Based on great Google & Yelp reviews, I drove 25 minutes to have get a tire repaired, thanks to the carelessness of a neighbors contractor leaving screws in the road! I arrived and was greeted by Miguel, behind the desk. Told him I was there due to the excellent reviews his shop had received. He took a look at the tire, determined it could be repaired, and had someone begin the repair right away. $20 and 30 minutes later my tire had been removed and patched, and I was on my way! Based on my experience, and positive reviews, I will definitely return for car care as the need arises. read more

I needed an oil change before heading on a road trip . I previously had my oil change done a few months ago and the service was quickly done while I waited . There wasn't availability when I called in the morning, but late afternoon I tried again and they told me to come ahead on in . Once again, I just waited and for it to be done whcih went by pretty quick and did an all around check for my road trip. The pricing is reasonable and average of some other shops. I do wish they were open on Saturdays as that's much better for my timing . I would recommend them as a knowledgeable and friendly place to take your car. read more

I needed an oil change and live in Boca on the Deerfield line. I know everything in Boca is needlessly overpriced simply because it's Boca, so I researched spots in Deerfield. just now I do not write many reviews. Of the many businesses that I have visited over the years, I may have written about a dozen reviews. I am absolutely compelled to write a stellar review about Complete Auto Care. Having a number of issues with the car, not the least of which was an engine light that would not go off and problems with the Stabilitrack, I was very concerned and nervous. Please believe me when I tell you that Barry, the owner/manager, treated me and my car with the utmost respect. He explained everything to me, knew exactly how to diagnose the problems, and gave me several options. Instead of having to wait for my car to be fixed, Barry drove me and my son home and picked us up, if you can believe it. Additionally, I must also say something about Miguel, who mans the front desk and is as warm a person as you will find anywhere. Miguel is very knowledgeable and we discussed a number of topics while I was waiting for the initial diagnosis. He also calmed me down because he knew how stressed I was about the car situation. Both Barry and Miguel reassured me and Barry, understanding my financial limitations, worked with me on the price of the service so that we could make it happen. I want to encourage those needing an auto service of any kind, including the standard oil change, to consider Complete Auto Care. You will not be ripped off, which is more than I can say for many auto repair shops in S. Florida. Addendum: 6-2-25 One often finds that as businesses become successful, the quality of the client/customer services diminishes. Having just returned from having my car serviced at Complete Auto Care, I can promise you that it is not the case here. Barry, the owner and Miguel, Client Services treated me like family. Quite honestly, to have finally found an auto care company that really looks after my interests at an extremely reasonable price is a weight off my shoulders. Barry picked me up and dropped me off at my house (I live about a mile away.) I am sure that it is not part of his job description to shuttle clients, but when I asked, the answer was "no problem." The quality of the work is outstanding! Miguel at the front desk is a young man who really cares about the client relationship and always makes me feel like an old friend when I walk in. Complete Auto Care is the best! I had my vehicle at two other shops and neither could not figure out the issue with my car. The vehicle would stall out in middle of traffic & was afraid to drive it. Barry the technician, who I think is also the manager diagnosed the issue and explained to me the problem so I can understand what needed to be done. He really took the time to pin point the issue, when I feel the other shops were just guessing at the problem. My car is running better than ever! He also gave me a very fair price on the repair. Complete auto care and the owner Steve was an amazingly easy experience. I needed a trailer hitch for my 2020 Telluride and Steve gave me an immediate price and inventory date. When there was a few day delay, he called and provided an update. The day of the install took exactly as long as he quoted, it was installed quickly and I was on my way. My car decided to die on me on the turnpike on-ramp. While waiting for the tow truck i googled auto repair shops and I found them 1st on the list. I had the tow truck driver take it there. The shop is close to where I live which I like. They couldnt be nicer. Found out its family owned business, which to me is a plus, and they work there. Best experience I have had with a mechanic since I was 16! The owner has been in the business awhile he is a straight shooter and knows his stuff! Service was quick and I had a lot done. This review is long overdue. I cannot possibly say enough good things about this business. I was in Pompano visiting a family member who was in trouble, and their car broke down while I was there. After towing the car to Complete Auto Care, we found out the car was a goner. I spent the rest of my time in Pompano helping my family member track down a used car within a small budget. Randy empathized with our situation, and offered to inspect and test drive multiple vehicles to make sure we didn't get screwed. Thanks to Randy, we dodged multiple lemons. Great Service. Saw this place on Yelp and I called to price out a headlight bulb that burned out on my son's truck. They gave me a very fair price and way better than Pep Boys who were going to charge me 15 to 30 bucks just to change the light SMH. This place is family owned and they were very friendly. Avoid. Took my wife's car there after it failed to start. Paid for a new fuel pump and filter. It broke down with the exact same problem a few days later. Turned out to be a bad fuse panel that was KNOWN to be a defect issue on this particular model. When they gave the car back after the fuel pump replacement, they left grease all over the leather seat and the leather steering wheel. Very sloppy and unprofessional. read more

Great old fashioned service from a wonderful family business! I was visiting my parents and used their car and realised it did not sound right and that they had not maintained the car. They just did what it needed for a very fair price and recommended new tires as the Florida sun causes dry rot. I explained that I was leaving that day and would like to get the tire changed that day and within five hours they ordered the tires I needed called me and installed them so I was able to catch my flight home knowing my parents were safe in their car. Fast, easy, and incredibly friendly. Brought my car in for an oil change first thing in the morning with an appointment. (Which I strongly recommend making, even if it's not busy!) $25 and I was outta there. The free wifi is a HUGE bonus, too. Usually you gotta shell out $70+ at a dealership to get that perk. Why no 5 stars then? I've been pretty spoiled with mechanics who will do all the "little extras" with an oil change at no to very little charge...topping off fluids, checking the cabin filter, etc. Things I shouldn't expect, but really was impressed by. While they don't have the add-ons automatically, they do everything "a la carte"...so you do have to specifically ask and pay for what you need. Either way, I'll be back for sure! I decided to take my car here based on the great Yelp reviews . I'd been having issues with my brakes but was quoted outrageous prices from the huge corporate tire shops. Arrived at this location exactly on schedule (7:30 AM) and was greeted by Barbara, the receptionist. My car was taken in almost immediately and during the assessment, Barbara and I had an interesting conversation on everything from salt lamps to meditation techniques to puppies. Randy, a no-BS type of guy, told me exactly what my issue was and got straight to the point without pressuring me to purchase other services. Considering that I'd already had my brakes done by the big tire shops, Randy found that my back brakes were far too tight and adjusted them for me, free of charge. One of the most honest mechanics you will meet. The only thing is, they are not open on the weekends, so leave enough notice and room in your schedule to book early! Decided to come here after reading all the Yelp reviews like many others. Conclusion is that I'm happy with the overall experience. My engine was making a loud noise so I took my Jetta in to get checked. Just a few hours later, Randy gave me a call and explained the problem and what needed to be done. I waited a few days to make a decision on whether or not to fix my car. Decided to fix it, he told me what it would cost up front and it felt like an honest price to me.
