They said the mechanic would not take me because he's done at 6pm. They did not offer to make a future appointment, did not apologize, and could not look more annoyed when I asked if you're open until 7pm why could you not take a car. They said they're only open until 7 "waiting around for people to take their cars". I'm pretty sure they took me as a customer so they could make the sale of my car (5 months ago) when I walked in later in the evening. This is beyond upsetting and I'm beyond upset and could not feel less valued as a customer.
