From start to finish, I felt like I was in the best hands possible, thanks in large part to my incredible sales agent, Mr. Howard. Howard is The Man! This was an Amazing experience thanks to Howard! From the first moments on the phone I knew Howard knew what he was talking about. After a few more excellent contacts I assumed Howard must be the Assistant Manager or even the Manager himself. Howard continued to impress me with his readiness and down to earth conversation. Never felt any pressure to buy nor add any dealer extras. When I received the Deal printout, I was Surprised there were not any hidden fees or extra charges. When I received My Mercedes G550 wagon it was in immaculate condition, Showroom Perfect, and this was a 2018, 7 year old vehicle. Howard is truly a Top-Shelf Salesman and he'll treat you right, the way you want and expect to be treated! Howard embodies everything you want in a representative: resilience, tenacity, and an unwavering commitment to his clients. Even when we encountered a few minor setbacks, he never lost sight of the mission -- to ensure I drove away happy and confident in my purchase. His professionalism, patience, and strategic approach made all the difference. Autosport has clearly set a high standard for customer service, and Mr. Howard is a shining example of that commitment. If you are looking for a dealership that truly values your time, needs, and experience -- look no further. Autosport delivers, and with team members like Mr. Howard leading the way, they're setting a new bar for excellence in the automotive industry. Highly recommend -- this was a 5-star experience in every way! Be sure to Ask for Howard, you won't be disappointed! Thanks again Howard!!

BUYER BEWARE -- $12,800 PRE-EXISTING REPAIR NOT DISCLOSED…read more I purchased a 2021 Porsche Taycan from this dealership in March 2026. During the purchase, I was told that they only sell "great cars" and don't buy bad cars. I relied on those representations and trusted that the vehicle had been properly inspected and vetted before being sold to me. The dealership also provided me with a CARFAX report, and there was no indication in the CARFAX provided to me of this major evaporator issue. Five months later, I took the vehicle to Porsche for service because the A/C was no longer working properly. I initially thought it might simply need refrigerant. Instead, Porsche diagnosed a leaking evaporator requiring approximately $12,800 in repairs. Then I discovered something extremely concerning. Porsche's own service records show that this EXACT evaporator problem had already been diagnosed in September 2025 -- approximately SIX MONTHS BEFORE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. The previous owner had already received an approximately $12,855 repair estimate and declined the repair. The evaporator was never repaired. The dealership's response was that the A/C was cold when they sold me the car. Yes, the A/C was still producing cold air when I purchased it. But that does not mean the underlying evaporator leak had been repaired. The vehicle had received a refrigerant recharge, which can temporarily restore cooling in a system with a refrigerant leak; it does not repair the leaking evaporator itself. That distinction is critical. The A/C appearing to work when I purchased the vehicle did not tell me that Porsche had already diagnosed a leaking evaporator months earlier and that the approximately $12,855 repair had been declined. I was never informed about this pre-existing, previously diagnosed issue before purchasing the vehicle. This completely blindsided me. I purchased the vehicle without knowing that I could be inheriting a $12,800+ repair for an issue that Porsche had already identified before I ever owned the car. This is especially concerning in Miami, where functioning A/C is extremely important given the heat. I purchased the vehicle expecting the A/C system to function properly and did not knowingly purchase a vehicle with a previously diagnosed evaporator leak. I contacted the dealership and explained the situation. Unfortunately, Paul Alvarado refused to contribute anything toward the approximately $12,800 repair. During our conversation, he repeatedly focused on the fact that the A/C was cold when the vehicle was sold and treated the issue as though the evaporator had simply "broken" after I purchased the vehicle. That misses the central issue: Porsche's records show the evaporator was already leaking and the repair had already been declined months before I purchased the car. I understand that used vehicles can have problems and that this vehicle was sold AS-IS. My concern is not an unexpected defect that developed after my purchase. My concern is a major, previously diagnosed defect that existed before I purchased the vehicle and was not disclosed to me. A dealership that buys vehicles for resale should perform appropriate due diligence on the vehicles it acquires and make accurate representations about the vehicles it sells. I relied on this dealership's representations and expertise when purchasing the Taycan. I believe these circumstances raise serious concerns about potential deceptive conduct, and I will be speaking with legal counsel regarding the transaction and the documentation I have. I am now potentially facing approximately $12,800 out of pocket for a repair that Porsche's records show was already identified before I purchased the vehicle. I am attaching the Porsche service documentation showing the September 2025 diagnosis, the leaking evaporator, the approximately $12,855 repair estimate, and that the repair was declined, so prospective buyers can review the documentation for themselves. BUYER BEWARE. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. (Check the photo on my Google Review for the evidence).

So we found a car outside the area. We paid the have it transported here from another Carmax. We contacted a local GM dealer and found that Carmaxs Equifax reporting (versus Carfax) was incorrect and manufacturer warranty was finished. We also found the CPO on file was never paid for original dealer and thus not in effect. Urgh .... So we reach out after hours by chat to discuss cancelling and to find out the process when they were incorrect. Not to worry, the car was on a test drive and being sold today. Didn't you see the refund pending for delivery you paid ??? What ... So in effect the delivery was paid and funds received. The car was on hold and Carmax allowed another buyer to test drive and buy a unit held for transport. Then they just refund the money and fail to alert via phone and email. Wow ! Now again we were going to cancel and all is well in end. We won't likely ever consider Carmax for a buy in future however. Bad info on cars, poor hold and transport policies, and true lack of empathy around their business model and loopholes. Just another typical car dealer experience !!!

We stopped at this Carmax to check out some used cars for sale and maybe test drive one or two…read more The way it works is that you basically have a Self-Service system here. You go to the lot and you spot what car you want to test drive and they will then set you up with the test drive. I guess it's a good system if you don't see anything you like and you don't waste a salesperson time, but I thought that was kind of odd. We walked around for about 15-20 min and did not find anything that caught our eyes. But at least we now know how it works.
