When you see bubbling rust, painted over with touch up in 5 places AND bare metal showing? No. There are no excuses for this in auto. According to them, "you aren't looking for a used car." I do acknowledge used cars are not perfect. However, when the 160-point inspection marks there are no paint imperfections, chips, or rust, this is obviously an issue. Sketchy stuff. Lowest quoted trade-in, illogical reasoning, terrible repairs (rust, which will inevitably get worse and rack up a bill), and typical salesman predatory questioning. They don't like you skipping their bait to the point of visible frustration. This is my experience, but ofc you do you. Best of luck to anyone out there looking for cars and extra luck to those who come here. I Regret Buying from Florida Fine Cars - Deceptive and Unprofessional…read more This has been the most frustrating purchase I've ever made. I bought a pickup from Florida Fine Cars and dealt with Philip (salesman), Francisco (finance), and Michael (shop manager) -- and I regret every part of it. Right after I drove the truck off the lot, I noticed the passenger-side wiper blade was broken, and before I could replace it, it scratched the windshield. That should've been checked before delivery -- clearly no proper inspection was done. On the drive home, doing 70-75 mph, the truck lost power, the check engine light came on, and it felt like it was about to stall. I returned to the dealership the next day. Philip wasn't there, so I spoke to Francisco. I explained what happened and asked if I could exchange it -- but everything he showed me was out of my budget. He told me, "We'll take care of it, just let us know if anything else comes up." I pointed out a missing front grill piece and a few other cosmetic issues. He sent me to the front desk where I got a number to schedule with their shop -- but they were booked until the following Monday. They told me to keep the truck and report anything else I noticed. Over the weekend, I washed the truck and that's when I really saw what was wrong. The rims looked cloudy and whitish, the front grill area was a different shade, and there were deep scratches hidden under the heavy dressing they used. It felt like they intentionally covered up flaws. I brought all this to the shop's attention. They kept the truck for nearly a month. When I got it back, they claimed nothing was wrong with the engine. But my scanner had already pulled a cylinder misfire code, which was now just cleared -- not fixed. They literally just reset the check engine light and gave it back to me. I left the truck again after speaking to Michael about the rims. He told me to give him another week and he'd repaint them. I waited -- no call. Left messages -- no response. After three weeks, I finally got him on the phone, and he got defensive, saying they were "busy." I told him how unprofessional that was, and he told me to come in the next day -- said it would be done. I picked up the truck, and after a few washes, the paint started peeling off the rims -- they didn't repaint them. They plastic-dipped them like I wouldn't notice. I messaged Michael again -- no reply. A few weeks later, I hit 70 mph on the highway and the check engine light came on again -- same cylinder misfire. They never fixed it, just hid it long enough to get the truck off the lot. On top of everything, while shopping for insurance, I was told the truck had been in a front-end collision. When I asked Michael, he told me the grill was just repainted because of peeling -- clearly not the full truth. I also realized later that I got talked into extras and add-ons I didn't even need -- and now I'm stuck with a truck full of problems, paying way more than I should have. I feel completely ripped off. They dressed up a problem truck to look good short-term, reset warning codes, and strung me along for weeks with fake promises and zero accountability. They knew exactly what they were doing -- and I trusted them. This whole experience has been nothing but deception. I've been dealing with this for months and I'm still angry and frustrated. If I had known everything beforehand, I would've never bought this truck. Please think twice before buying from Florida Fine Cars. I wouldn't wish this on anyone!!!!

My purchase there in January 2026 was perfectly fine. Getting my new license plate was not fun,…read moreand required many calls and emails, but I finally got them the day that temps expired. But the reason I don't recommend JM Lexus revolves around the Service Department... I brought my Lexus RZ to JM Lexus in Margate on July 21st for its complimentary 6-month / 5,000-mile service. Because this is an electric vehicle, there are no oil changes, the tire rotation is literally the only physical maintenance task required for this visit, alongside a basic systems check and a recall software update. Knowing how service departments in South Florida can sometimes be, I took a precaution before dropping off my vehicle: I discreetly marked each tire in a different specific location with White-Out. Unfortunately, my caution proved completely justified. 1. The Maintenance That Wasn't Done After waiting about an hour and a half, my vehicle was brought out. Before driving off, I decided to double-check my tire marks. Not a single tire had been moved. They signed off on the service without actually performing the one single maintenance task required for the visit. When I brought this to the service department's attention and showed them my markings, there was no pushback--the proof was undeniable. They took the vehicle back to actually perform the rotation. The technician's excuse was that he didn't realize the tires needed to be rotated because "some RZs have staggered front and rear sizes." Every single tire on my vehicle clearly displays its size on the sidewall and you can plainly see all four are completely identical. Lexus should have detailed service Instructions and quality control checklists for every specific model and trim level. The fact that basic quality control checklists aren't even checked before signing off on work speaks volumes. 2. Interior Stains After waiting a second time for the rotation to be completed, I got back into my vehicle only to find grease and dirt stains smeared across my aftermarket leather floor mats, around the driver-side window buttons, and across the driver door speaker grille. While I don't know who specifically made the stains, it was very disappointing. To their credit, the staff apologized and had detailing clean the vehicle quickly, but it was yet another frustrating delay. 3. Recall Software Update & Unresolved Electronic Glitches Once the interior was cleaned, I finally left the dealership. As I drove, I immediately noticed a serious issue with the panoramic camera view: digital black boxes and corrupted artifacts were appearing under and around the vehicle in real-time while driving and backing up, presumably triggered by the recall software update. I turned right around and returned to the dealership for a third time. After attempting a full electronics reset and inspecting the cameras, the service team was unable to fix the issue. This glitch remains completely unresolved. They informed me it had to be escalated to a specialist (referred to as a "DS," whatever that is) for a future visit. To make matters worse, I was promised an email summary with a tracking case number by today, but true to form, I received nothing. What should have been a routine service visit turned into a multi-hour ordeal involving: -Skipped maintenance on the only physical service task required for an EV. -Interior stains that required an extra trip to detailing. -A corrupted camera system following a recall update that remains unfixed. -Zero follow-through on promised case documentation. My takeaway from this experience is that JM Lexus operates as such a high-volume dealership that basic attention to detail has been completely lost. From skipping basic maintenance to sloppy vehicle handling and unresolved tech glitches, they completely failed at basic quality control and customer communication. They have lost my trust entirely. If you choose to service your vehicle here, I strongly suggest double-checking every single piece of work before driving off.

To start, WALK past the vulture sales guys standing on the outside stairs. They opened the foor and I walked in to pick out my salesperson. My money, my choice! A very nice salesman approached us very politely inside and we started the process of test driving and then negotiating. I like the sales guy Jorge (KIKÉ) because he knew enough about the features of the vehicle eventhough he has just started working at the dealership 2 weeks earlier. Nice young guy who was eager but also eager to learn. Throughout the sales process, there was his boss, and his bosses boss that finally had enough power to get the deal done. This is where the process stinks but it is out of their hands. We arrived at 10am on a Friday and thankfully by 3:30, I was driving off the lot with my new car. There is way too much paperwork and time wasted from the handshake deal to writing a check and finally driving away. I was drained and a little exhausted in the end. The dealership itself is nothing fancy and there are no showroom vehicles to waste selling space. Just a large indoor office with lots of tables for negotiating and some small offices for the managers. I enjoyed the complimentary bottled water and fresh popped pop-corn. Hopefully my visits for the complimentary service will be more efficient.

Total time for my service: 1 hour 10 minutes Overall, the Service Center was excellent with the check-in process, best dealership oil change pricing and step-by-step notifications of my service but there are some improvements needed. The waiting room is in dire need of a remodel, it remained nearly the same as the day I first got a car serviced here (2014). They got rid of the complimentary breakfast pastries so I ended up walking to a nearby Dunkin Donuts instead of waiting in their "VIP Waiting Lounge" if I remember the sign correctly.

We only had the car two years at that point. They told us that we need to change the tires. I've had leases for the last 15 years of my life and I never had a company tell me to replace the tires so quickly. Especially because this is our luxury side car that only had about 10K miles on it. I told him that I don't want to replace the tires and then when they brought me back the car, they brought it with a nail in the tire. The guy who brought me the car and me called the service department together to let them know that this happened and the guy who answered the phone. There was so rude to us and told me it's not their responsibility and totally blew me off. Keep in mind that part of the black label service is that they offer to send you somebody to pick up the car so you don't have to come yourself to the dealership. They promise to come at a certain time and they don't arrive at that time. They can leave you the whole day at home and then even at the end of the day tell you "at the end we can come today and it has to be the next day." Very poor service. They initially tried to say that it wasn't their responsibility about the nail in the tire, but after I left a review, they took responsibility. They called us and requested to remove the review and that they will make sure to take extra good care of us the next time we need to come for service. They assigned us the service manager, Andrew Torchia, who promised to take a really good care of us the next time we come and even promised us with free tires. The experience with Andrew made things worse at this point instead of making them better. When I reached out to let him know, I need to come for a service. I told him that we also need to replace the front tires. They were supposed to come take the car to do the service and then replace the tires at the same time. The funny thing is that I told my wife. "I bet you that they're only going to do the oil change but not going to replace the tires." They were supposed to come to my house to pick up the car on July 8. I waited for them all day and then he told me that they had some delays so he's going to have to come the next day In the morning. They only came in the end on July 9 at 4:30 PM. They ended up doing only the oil change said that unfortunately they don't have the tires in stock and they will let me know when they have them available. When I followed up to inquire about the status of the tire, they told me another story as to why they're not available and promise to replace all full tires for me using my points on the account for the extra two tires. I feel like I keep on getting stories that are just a bunch of BS. I have screenshots of our communication this time around and you he would leave me hanging for a while with responses. I would have to constantly ask him for a responses and at this point it's been almost a week since we spoke the last time, and I still don't have any confirmation that they are going to replace our tires. I don't trust this place anymore and that is why I'm posting this review to warn everybody from purchasing a car from this dealership.

You go to the lot and you spot what car you want to test drive and they will then set you up with the test drive. I guess it's a good system if you don't see anything you like and you don't waste a salesperson time, but I thought that was kind of odd.
