I had used Auto Service Auto Body in the past with good results which is why this was such a disappointing experience! The insurance company paid Auto Service the claim amount and provided an itemized list of the work to be performed. Auto Service exceeded the claim amount when doing the repairs. Rather than reaching back out to the insurance company for a modification to the claim, they cut out other parts of the insurance-paid work to stay within their original budget. They made sure they were financially made whole and left me with an incomplete job. Since the insurance company pre-paid them for all the work up-front, I had zero leverage. I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am my car was brought to Auto Service Auto Body after my car accident. It was my first accident and to say I was anxious and stressed would be an understatement. Auto Service Auto Body did work on my truck's front end. They came recommended from a friend who had work done by them. The work they did on my front end was awesome. They also washed and waxed the entire truck and cleaned the interior.There was a huge stain on the front passenger seat that I wasn't able to remove, it was removed for the most part.
