Got a complete detail paid over $200 (2-step hand wax was biggest cost). They were fast and effective. The owner even went above and beyond. I didn't realize they would have my car running the whole time. They said they needed it running to add the rain-x on all windows. Was gonna get gas after the detail but when I got in car and had zero mile range they were understanding and gave me a gallon of gas so I could make it to gas station. They did a great with the detail, my car hadn't looked this good in a while. Would recommend and use again. read more

I go to Auto Shine often but this time I was disappointed this time . I got Deluxe Wash as I always do when I walk through the car to inspect I had them touch up certain areas due to the fact that I was in a rush after being there for about 45 minutes .When I got home, I noticed that the vacuuming was not done properly and they forgot my third roll never got vacuumed. Which when I got out of the car I informed them that the car needed a deep vacuum and that I have a third seat area. I also noticed that they forgot to clean my second roll in third row. There was a lot of dust and dirt on my seats, and on the cupholders nothing was wiped down properly and in the trunk they didn't take out my mat to clean off, it was dirty and filthy. I came home and had to re-vacuum my car and wipe my car down because of the dirt. read more

I went here the other day with big expectations, only to be let down when I got into my car. I paid for the $30 interior and exterior clean... the inside of my car was only vacuumed, none of the interior was wiped down. I wasn't going to leave a review, just try another place, but then I realized this afternoon a $20 bill was stolen out of my center console. Thought I could warn some potential customers to at least secure their belongings if they want to try this place out. read more

(The Works) $40 for a wash, vacuum, and wipe down of the interior. They put an air freshener when done which I thought was cute :) the workers don't seem too happy or anything but they do their job well, which is all that really matters to me. It does take a while though, I sat in the waiting room for about an hour. I would come back though, I just recommend coming if you're not in a rush or anything cause it may be a while. read more

My car wash was fantastic! Was greeted by Alicia at the counter. So friendly and polite. I love the enthusiasm and excitement I was presented with. Once I got to La-Vanté who would be taking care of my vehicle. AMAZING. So clean so fresh. No complaints about my service but I do have to say, while I was there I noticed to employees working diligently and enjoying themselves. But they had absolutely no shade, working in the hot sun without anywhere to go. Maybe adding a little space for them to enjoy the shade or even awning area where they finish the cars could be beneficial to their productively. Other car washes I have been too seems to have a shaded area for their works. In my opinion the workers will be faster and more productive with a little shade incentive. Ps. Tank tops sounds like a good idea for tan lines. I know that's a push for just a customer review. But I like to see my workers comfy and sun baked read more

This was my first and last time at Autoshine getting my car washed inside and out. I paid $25 for the service and when I came out to my car it was full of lint. The person who is drying my car said it was due to new towels that they were using, well seems like if you realize that you should change the towels. Also when I opened my rear door glass hatch it had not been wiped down at all and I basically had to come home and rewash my car that I had just paid $25 for the service. read more

I was looking for a drive thru car wash but those seem hard to come by in Hinesville so I stopped by this place since it was nearest to my house. While I prefer drive thru car washes because they're a little easier on the wallet, this place sufficed and I was very pleased with the fast & friendly service from the employees. Supervisor or owner is very rude and does not honor his own deals I was given a coupon because it started raining when I was getting a wash. I thought this was very nice of them but today I went in and tried to use it and was told by the same person that he would not take it and that he didn't give it to me. Basically calling me a liar. Will not go back and I Do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional way of treating a paying customer. read more
