No inspection. No filling of bug wash fluid. Nothing. Literally just a oil change. Wanna guess how much it was? $138.14.... WTF! A basic oil change with nothing else is $50 MORE than a full service and car wash at the dealership. And the guy walked up smiling like he did me a huge favor saying he took off $5 for military.... Stay FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this place and all others if they all have the same prices. I gave 2 stars because the staff was polite and nice to work with. I understand they don't control pricing. If management reads this, staff was awesome! But you need to talk to your higher up because your pricing schedule is trash and gouging the people of Richmond hill that don't know better.... $150 for just a basic oil change. Thankfully, we were led by locals to Autocon, where owner Nilton Contreras (a 10-year Army medic vet and father of six) and his brothers were so kind. We had to leave the car with them, so Nilton took us and our belongings to a hotel in the next city, and then we rented a car for the remainder of the trip until we could back to Autocon to retrieve my Buick. These brothers are amazing and truly care about their customers as individuals. They replaced the Buick's valve cover gasket with Buick parts and had the car ready in three days. I made an appt a week in advance for a wheel bearing replacement, then I brought the car over the day before. I called at 10am the day of the appt, they hadn't looked at it yet. Called back at 3pm, still hadn't looked at it but they will look at it next. Called back at 5pm (and they close at 6pm), they were just bringing it into the shop. I asked if they had the new parts and wheel bearing to fix it, they said no. Needless to say I just picked the car up and left. This place is a mismanaged, amateurish business.
