STOP before you decide to wash your car here. Should be called a car rinse. The wash leaves dirt and bugs behind and there is still soap on the car. Good luck finding a vacuum that has enough suction to pull up any dirt. The provided towels it's now hit or miss. There used to be glass cleaner available however non of the dispensers work. The place has been open for a few years and has gone downhill due to lack of maintanence. I had 4 wash plans on my vehicles however have cancelled them due to the poor service. read more

This is the only car wash spot that I have ever been told we the customers are the ones who need to get bugs off the cars not the people who work there. On top of that my windshield did not get clean at all. I paid $18 for this? Not sure if I'll give it another chance. read more

I got the mod wash. Overall, it's been 4 days and no pollen or dirt in car. upon drying off car with towel after wash I noticed black dirt on car and black dirt on rims. waterspots as well. car was bug wash prepped prior. Had to go through wash again. Their car wash needs maintenance, bad. Maybe if corporate wasn't so greedy and listened to customers and staff, car wash and vacuums would operate better. Do better, ModWash Corporate! Yall are asking for this location to go down! read more

Went to mod wash today and had a interesting experience. For some reason (in the tunnel) three cars in front of me STOPPED and bumped into another vehicle. The issue was brought to the attention of (Eric) an employee. He became verbally confrontational talking about he attended two colleges. I hope this is not representative of this operation read more

They started out great. Now they're just like Tidal wave. No towels, vacuums have no suction, trash is full. Why I waited to get a membership. Now I know not to. Get your act together Mod Wash! read more

Thankfully, we were led by locals to Autocon, where owner Nilton Contreras (a 10-year Army medic vet and father of six) and his brothers were so kind. We had to leave the car with them, so Nilton took us and our belongings to a hotel in the next city, and then we rented a car for the remainder of the trip until we could back to Autocon to retrieve my Buick. These brothers are amazing and truly care about their customers as individuals. They replaced the Buick's valve cover gasket with Buick parts and had the car ready in three days. I wish them all the success they deserve and highly recommend Autocon for your auto servicing needs.

Service has always been top notch, friendly people who want to help. They came over and started wiping down my vehicle without asking and offered to run my rugs through the cleaner. This has been one of the most amazing car washes I have been too! The staff is so friendly especially the manager Erica. She came out to check on me and even asked if I needed anything. Absolutely loved the Mat washing, it made it so much easier and quicker! It also helped that I had a wonderful employee helping me. Always had a smile on, and even helped me vacuum my car!
