I had the worst experience in my life going here and having my own bass that I bought to get installed. last time I went here to get my old bass installed and they charged me $250 and now I went again to get another bass pluged only and they still charged me $250. This is the probably the worst experience I had with someone who's working on my car, this guy who has goons and crazy people working for him. The only thing he does is RIP OFFFFF!!!! !!!! Got a radio installed they charged 1500$ for that and backup camera. JVC radio put in new sound system that never worked properly. The mount for radio always was shaking had to bring back every few weeks to tighten very inconvenient. Navigation wouldn't work on system would show location out of wack. They never offered any help when I brought it back. After few months decide to put back old radio they charge 300$ to take out. Bunch of fucking fuckers. read more

RIPP OFF.. I went there this morning to have my blind spot detector device installed that I purchased off amazon. I saw a tall white guy by the name of Q. He looked at the product and asked me for a deposit and told me to come back in a hour. The total cost was $250. Prior to me leaving we had some small talk and I told him I was a law enforcement officer. An hour later when I returned he then tells me oh he can't install the product I got and that the $250 he was initially charging me would be $450..... Question for you... If you could not install the product why would you charge me more to get it installed. Any way I found a far better deal off Atlantic Avenue for $150.00. Moral of the story shop around and don't believe the bs you hear from most of these price gouging unregulated car electronic installers. read more

Went here to do a tint job on my grand Cherokee. They did a great job except the back windshield was kinda crooked it wasn't even and straight. From the outside it was fine but from the inside you can see they cut the tint to short and showed horribly for a next to new car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!! I normally try not to spend large amounts of money with businesses under 4 stars but these guys were the closest to me so I decided to get a quote. The woman working there quoted me a price of $300 to tint all my vehicle windows. That was $150 cheaper than I was quoted by another business so I decided to give them a shot. The lady requested that I pay the full amount even before they started working on my car. I questioned that and she said it was to hold my place in line. So I paid the full amount and waited 2 hours for my turn. They bring my car in and 5 minutes later I get a call from the business stating that they quoted me the wrong price because it's an SUV so I have to pay an additional $75. I told them I would be right there. Obviously I was upset... like any customer would be. So when I walked in and they guy tells me how he has to charge my card more money because of the mistake of somebody else I said "what kind of business practices are these?" He responded by telling me it's 75 extra take it or leave it. I said well I'll leave it as long as my refund goes back on my card the same day. I already spent 2 hrs waiting... I intend to get my windows rented today no matter what. He tells me the refund won't go on my card for 3 days and we have nothing else to talk about. No remorse, no accountability, and no empathy. I asked if he was the owner and he said no... so I asked to speak with the owner. He said "you ain't speaking to anybody but me, I'm the highest person you're going to speak to". Sorry guy... this review will percent make it to the owners eyes and more importantly to the eyes of other potential customers. I explained that if he were in my shoes he would be frustrated too. Its not the customers fault that they were misquoted. He responded back with aggressive sarcastic argumentative and dismissive statements. That's when I just walked out of the store and got on the phone trying to figure out a way to get in contact with the owner. He eventually cooled off and said that he was offended because I questioned his business practices. He then offered to finish the job for an additional $50 instead of an additional $75 and had he just done that from the beginning this would have been a totally different review. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. And this place has POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. Spend your money with a business that values your time and money. read more

Came to get tints on my first car it was busy and lacked communication I was not asked or show a chart ravi took it upon his self to slap 20% on my car like I'm Spanish I didn't realize the darkness untill night time with a mix of trying to get use to it I had em for 6 days and notice my driver side had stared peeling so I came back to lighten and fix I was told I must pay same exact price to lighten car after worker showed up and stated I asked about two cars and never stated what I wanted he then told me me asking about a car is identified that's wat I wanted which is completely false The manager Sammy is racist he couldn't even look me in my face and talk to me in English he would talk to another guy in Spanish to then offer me to lighten my windows for 140$ after paying 220$ and they are peeling Thanks for communicating Sammy ! read more

Then he said that he's booked and gave me an appointment for 2 hours later. I come in the time of the appointment and the guy tells me he can't take me right now, if I can come tomorrow. To the owner of this dishonest business- Dear Not So Truthful Owner, since you blocked me on google for my honest review , let me address your lies here. First and foremost, your staff at the Rosedale location charged me $100.00 to tint my 2006 BMW front windows ONLY, and not $50 has you stayed in your google reply. Secondly I got photos of the tint guy removing the tint because I told him that there where visible streaks left in both front windows, and just like you my car has lots of wear and tear. Your sales tax argument isn't valid, because at no point did I refuse to pay tax. You hired incompetent and NASTY staff, I'm assuming you pay them peanuts, so they do a shitty Job. Probably you need have a more competent workforce and you won't get honest reviews that tells the truth. Went here to get a shock sensor installed on my car. Although the part I ordered said it was for the car's FACTORY OEM alarm, the guy here insisted that I had to buy a viper alarm/aftermarket alarm system in order for it to be compatible. Called my buddy's shop and he said whoever told me that didn't know what they were talking about, and that the sensor could in fact be installed. Went there and he put it in no problem. These guys are inexperienced with alarm systems in my opinion, don't know about their other services. read more

I came here on Thursday July 2 to get front tints installed on my SUV. I was immediately approached by an employee who asked me what I needed. I asked him how long the wait was and with it being over 3 hrs I asked if they take appointments. They do! So I asked specifically "will you be on Saturday July 4th? He said "YES". So I gave a deposit of $20 and left with a receipt that said Saturday, July 4 at 10:30 AM. To my surprise I show up for my appointment and they are CLOSED. Two days later I call to make a complaint and get Sammy on the phone. He was very apologetic, explained that the order to close for July 4 came down at the last minute and that he would knock $20 off my total. I said "great!" And went back 2 days later. And of course, the guy working was not Sammy and denied my promised discount. He explained that the person who told me they would be open July 4th is "mentally ill", and said next time I bring the car back he will charge $150 as a threat. Spent over $800 on 4 speakers and a amp and the quality of the sound is crap.Besides the fact that it took them 8 hours to install over the course of 2 days, it's not even close to what I wanted. The top end (treble) is so tinny that I can't turn the volume up too loud or it hurts my ears. There is no balance in the sound. For every song I have to adjust the internal system so that it sounds normal..I could have made a huge stink and made them replace the original speakers but I just wanted to get out of there. They didn't even bother to give me a discount and honestly could care less on what I thought about their work...Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO THERE. I was recommended this place to get my tints done and after getting my tints done I got my radio and alarm system done here as well. It wasn't even a whole year and all the work done caused problems to my car. The tints were coming off and after getting it fixed last month, the tint on my rear window is still making sounds because it wasn't properly fixed. Secondly, the alarm system and radio offset the functions in my car and after trying to get these individuals to fix it, I was repeatedly told it wasn't their fault and they follow a manual that helps them insert the radio, mind you, I had to get the radio fixed 3 times and the alarm system fixed several times because it didn't properly function and drained the battery in my car. The maintenance required light in my vehicle stayed on for months and these individuals were hell bent on telling me it wasn't them. I took my vehicle to Best Buy, and the individual who does radios and alarm systems took apart all the work they did and found that they wired the alarm system and radio so bad it blew a fuse in my car. It took him two days after pulling apart the shitty work they did to repair my car and get the maintenance required light off on my dashboard. I will never go back to that location. They have people working there that will never take correction for the measly work they produce, they do not take their time to correct their mistakes while they pretend they actually fixed the issue, leave your car filthy after doing work on your car, and I personally saw individuals come back in this place complaining about the work they do and they try to rush you out and tell you come another day to fix the problem. I considered going to this store because of mostly good reviews but what convinced me to go is that they reply to negative reviews to resolve any issue. I had my daughter's car stereo upgraded with a receiver that I bought online. This place is busy and I thought I would have to wait for hours but to my surprise, only about an hour.
