Paid $52.98 for an interior and exterior wash. Interior didnt even get vacuumed. Just replaced a headliner and there's still loose foam all over the seats and carpet after I asked specifically for it to be taken care of. And the wheels clearly weren't even touched. read more

Expensive and sometimes pushy! Just say NO to the upgrades. Regular car wash is good! The kids at the end drying and cleaning our sweet. Isn't a better place in West County unless you clean it yourself. read more

I went there before and had a bad experience. The clerk at the front who takes the money was rude and crabby. The front window on my car was so streaked I had to stop on the way home and clean it with a napking just so I could make it home. But I decided to go back because I had a great coupon. My experience the second time around was a whole lot better. It was a slow car wash day and there were several guys working on my car at the same time. I got very clean windows, no streaks, very curteous staff, and the clerk at the checkout was friendly. I am glad I went back the second time and I will go again. I will have to have another special or coupon when I go again because I do think they are a bit pricey. The job they did this time was very, very good. read more

Best full service car wash around! I've tried every other place and none compare to Auto Spa. They always do a great job. Their staff is friendly and polite. I had a detail completed last week and manager (Katie B) came out to check and had a couple spots I wouldn't have even noticed touched up. Best full service car wash in the St. Louis metro area by far! The wash is brush-less so you do not have to worry about anything scratching your car or your antenna breaking like other places. Also they have the spray-n-wipe option which you can add to any wash to get all those nooks and crannies a traditional vacuum can't get. I would recommend this wash to anyone. Have used them once for a oil change and wash and they did a good job. Will use again, plus if you set up a account with them you can get free washes. Would like a "tip box" vs having to confront the person who just cleaned your car. read more

I just wouldn't go here! Have simply had too many mediocre experiences here at this point and now, with several options available in our neighborhood, would go somewhere else. My most recent experience had the car wash break down for 15 minutes, my truck then disappear for 30 minutes (of which it was later explained that someone took it for a hand washing) and then - once it was located by the on duty car wash lead - found it only moderately cleaned. I was handed a couple of free wash coupons which I'm currently using to hold my chewed gum. With car washes popping up everywhere in west county I would definitely go elsewhere unless something changes! read more

I was charged $40 for gasoline that I did not receive. The pump did not work and my bank account clearly shows the charge. I attempted to resolve this issue. The owner, Phil Hurlbut and his assistant told me that they are not responsible for the charge and that I should learn how to use the gas pump and pay at the pump feature. Phil refused to give me his last name. I am appalled at the degrading and unwilling to assist customer service I receive from the owner of this business. read more

The customer service is always friendly! They always question if I am satisfied with the work before I get in the car and if I see something they missed then they fix it right away. Overall I think this place does a pretty good job! Sometimes it can take a long time if you go on a Friday. My opinion for people who give bad reviews for car auto spas is you should do a better job of pointing things out BEFORE you leave if you don't like the work because I know for sure they would fix the things they may have accidentally missed. read more

Paid for the 31.99 wash, the 4.00 mat wash and 14.00 armor all wipe down of the interior. After waiting for an hour, I had to have them vacuum out the interior again and wipe down my truck again. Still had bird droppings that the wash didn't remove and they only armor all'd the driver's side. I still had to go home and finish the job. read more

Auto Spa is definitely a good business. The friendly service is awesome and they always have you check and make sure you are satisfied with your vehicle before you leave. They do a great job detailing the vehicle, though I often have to make some touch ups myself afterwards. I appreciate the 48 hour guarantee they offer as well. Can't really complain! Their "touchless" system broke my driver side wing mirror, which the manager pushed back in after it fell out, leaving a large hand print, then acknowledge the mistake, but after promised compensation, they won't return calls now. Do not go! BE WARNED!!! My repairs cost over $300 !!! Go to the BP Waterways on Clarkson - way better service and staff and facilities! read more

Finally tried this wash after noticing how good several of my co-workers cars look. They all suggested Auto Spa. I'm very impressed with the attention to detail and the care given when they clean my car. When they finish my car is spotless inside and out, even the wheels and tires! Last time I went the place was busy but none of the employees appeared to be rushed or skip any of the details. I'm now a regular customer. read more

I had an oil change done on 6-16-11, when I arrived I told them that my vehicle takes more oil, after the oil change I always check it @home to make sure that it has enough oil, and to my amazement no oil could be found on the dip stick after sitting on the level for 2+hrs. called to tell them and said to bring it back, they added 2 more qts of oil to fill it to proper amount, have placed several phone calls and emails and have had no respones. Very disappointed in the quality of their workmanship and there was no apology. I was traveling thru and needed an oil change so thought I would give them a try, but needless to say this will be the last time. The car wash was great. The place is pricey. Not a happy camper, I was going to be traveling over 800 miles and if I would have decided to leave after having the oil change it would have ruined my engine, and this is a 2010 vehicle. Finely got a call back and Phil thought I was trying to get something free, would have been nice for all the extra running I had to do, but that an apology would have been nice. Took my wifes car on Saturday march 7, 2015. When the SUV came out it had a white streak and crease above the right rear tire to the rear of the car. I measured it at 21 inches and was perfectly straight. The guys drying the car noticed but didnt say anything. The scratch was not there when I entered but appeared when it came out. UPDATE: i was contacted by the owner Phil H. today and i met him at the car wash. I found him to be be polite, sincere and passionate about his business. He offered to show me the interior of the car wash and I did. We could not locate any obvious mechanical parts that may have scratched the car but I remain adamant that the damage somehow occurred at the car wash, possibly human error. Phil offered to have someone look at the damage, split the cost or possibly take care of the entire cost of the damage. Since neither one of us could prove our point I thought that was a fair arrangement. I give kudos to Phil for taking the time to meet with me and discuss the problem. I will probably will patronize this car wash in the future based on the outcome of our meeting and repair. read more
