Came in here after work. These boys get the job done and fast with little fan fare or trying to sell you things you don't need. Honestly, they changed the oil so fast on my Toyota Tundra that I pulled over and checked the dip stick myself to see if I got shafted... low and behold I had golden amber sitting on the dipstick. I would recommend anyone going there if they need an oil change and don't have time to mess around. They will have my repeat business unless something happens. read more

Made an appointment for an oil change on a motorhome. Showed up 20 minutes early and they are getting the parking lot seal coated. Only option was to make another appointment for next week. We are traveling and that is not an option - they could have called they had my number. We disconnected from our RV site to come there for nothing. Terrible customer service in my opinion. read more

Went in this am. 2nd person in line for oil change. Had dropped our trailer to fit in bay. Gentleman in "office" very nice, said go ahead and pull up. We did so. Then the oil man came out and was very irritated and shouted he was closing after the car ahead as he had a "mess" to clean up. We asked how long and he said he didn't know. He said there was a cone out (actually in next bay) that means it' CLOSED! Ok, but he was totally belligerent. We decided to wait til he opened back up and parked behind the first car. My wife was waiting in the truck, but he saw me walking to our trailer. He came out yelling that he told us to leave! He had NOT said that! At this point there are 2 more cars behind us so we can't leave! He goes to the other cars and tells him he's closed. We asked if he had to be so rude and he said he would have our f****i g truck towed because we were arguing and refused to leave. What a rude, rude person.! I would drive 200 miles to avoid this guy! He needs to be replaced. Very bad for business! Would rate 0 if possible! On a positive note, the mechanic side heard what happened and offered to take care of us. Saving grace! Office man and service side were awesome! ** post note***. While we are waiting for the service side to take care of this (a matter of about 25 minutes, the oil guy opens up! Unbelievable! Took my truck in for rear end work. I would normally do the work myself but I was going to be out of town for a few weeks and needed to get it done soon. I told them what I thought the issue was, they disagreed, but after fixing what they thought was the issue, they told me it was what I had told them. They had my rig for 8 weeks, at one point telling me they were waiting on parts being ordered by someone else. Any shop should be ordering their own parts. After receiving the bill and looking at labor amounts and hideous mark up on parts it appears they believe in gouging you once instead of having a satisfied customer return for more. read more

Not impressed. Ordered a windshield on Thursday. They said to bring the vehicle in the next day. We dropped it off and got a call 2 hours later. They ordered the wrong windshield and the old one was already out. No sweat they say, we'll have the new one here Saturday morning and give you a loaner vehicle until then. The loaner was an ashtray on wheels, we had to drive with the windows down. Meanwhile the correct window will be here Monday morning and we can have our vehicle back then. By early afternoon, no word on progress so I called to see how it was going. Yep, they forgot to ship it and "hopefully" it will be done Tuesday afternoon. A phone call from them would have been cool. We'll see if it gets worse from here! It was done Tuesday late afternoon, raining hard when I picked it up. Handprints all over the new windshield, no attempt at all to make amends for the screw up AND the wipers were not re-installed correctly. I, have used the Auto Spa for years and they have done all my windshields for years, having them do my windshield again this week..never have had a problem like the other review I read on this site windshields have always went in with out any issues and a loaner car for a windshield for free wish I had that offer lol.. read more

I don't have any reason to go anywhere else for oil changes or tire services. These young guys are competent and just overall good people. They don't try and take advantage of you, and they're genuine. I've gone here exclusively for my families vehicles for 5+ years. A true 5 star place. read more

I recently took my wife's Legacy in for a full detail ($300 with tax) and I specifically stated I wanted all the road tar removed from the white car. The car was moderately dirty inside, mostly dust and dirty floor matts. They had the car all day and part of the next. When I inspected it prior to paying I found tar all around the wheel wells on the fenders and in the body creases. They said they would take care of it. I returned later to pick up the car and there was still tar in spots. I checked the inside next. It was mostly clean, but I found spots wher Armor-all had been sprayed over dust and never wiped off. The rear seat was still dusty and had never been even wiped. The rear window was dirty inside and out. The center console looked like it had bee wiped with a dirty rag. When I complained about the poor job, I was met with a blank stare from Nelson. Rather than blow up and make a scene, I just paid and left. When this store first open years ago, they did a great job. I did not receive a great job this time and I will not be going back. read more
