After a Connecticut Diver collided with my Benz when they made a negligent lane change I went to a few shops for estimates. When I told a friend how it was going she recommended Auto Sports. Upon arrival I was greeted by Lee, from the first introduction he was 100% professional; not only that he provided an estimate within 15 minutes. Auto Sports fixed the car, repaired the damage from the collision and then wrapped the entire car in premium 3M wrap and installed an upgraded GTR grill. Super fast turnaround time (only 7 days) and every inch of the car is perfect. Couldn't be happier with the result. Even if your no place near Bronx NY its worth taking your car here. I came in to get my HID lights installed here because a friend had done work here and it came out amazing, so I did a walk-in, had a consultation with Lee, and he explained to me what I needed, what would look nice as he suggested the day time running lights to match appropriately with my headlights- and how my car is a German car so it would take a little longer to install because of the mechanics behind it. I loved how he explained it thoroughly and gave me a good price for everything. I left my car for 3 hours, they called me And said it was ready for pick-up. I was super happy with how the lights came out, they are perfect ! They shine so bright at night so I can so much better and Lee was right , aesthetically the lights look great ! First mistake i made waswalking in here and informing abdul (manager)i'd be using my insurance. This man took full advantage of me and my insurance. I have a 2016 honda accord sport and granted i needed a full body paint job. Abdul somehow convinced the adjuster to pay out a whopping 9,000 dollars for this paint job. Then after brainwashing me to go througg with the job he adds that he'd be putting a security camera (supposedly top of the line) to avoid having vandalism occur again. I explained that i wanted something that would record its sorroundings at all times and the ability to view the camera from my phone. He assured me he'd take care of everything if i signed the papers releasing the check to them. BIG MISTAKE SIGNING THOSE PAPERS without getting these promises in writting. On top of everything they messed up the wiring when putting the camera and now my side mirror does everything backwards. Also, before signing the papers i asked him about fixing my LED's and the scratches on the windows and headlights. He assured me that his team wad going to make sure they'd take care of all the concerns i brought up. Sure enough after signing the paper abdul turns into hyde and completely made me regret signing those papers. Malik (owner) has a bunch of guys stabding around giving opinions about the quality of his work and this is how he leaves things. Constantly stating that he doesnt need my business since he has lambos and exotic cars that can bring him more money than what in his words "my measly 9,000". Prior to signing the papers i wasnt even aware that he was the owner. He's just stands around and stares like a weirdo. The first concern i brought up about the price he very arrogantly approaches me and states "i am the owner and if you were a guy we would've threw you out a long time ago" and that was jist a protion of the 45 mins speach he gave me. This is the very first time he ever spoke to me and this is what he decides to spill from his dirty lips. That set the mood and after that he constantly comee up to me.to whisper ignorance in my ears. The day i picked up the car i immediately had concerns but ofcourse everything these people do is well thought out. Abdul waits till the last hour to ask me to pick up the car. After two weeks i was over it and wanted the car back but ofcourse their mentality is gered towards scamming so they made sure they keptthe car for the duration that was stated in the in the estimate. Even with all the time he had somehow he neglected a few things. Maybe the majority of the promises and them some with the mirror. The scratches that resulted in the vandalism were not buffed out thr way he said they were. Passenger side mirror is wired backwards as i stated earlier. There were light scratches on the trunk of the car and when i ask abdule he rubs his finger over saying that is was just compound. The scratches never disappeared even when he rubbed his fingers but somehow his eyes saw different because he said "see its just compound". Then i ask abdul what happened woth the lights and he States "oh yea i completely forgot. Bring it back wo we can get that done". Already feeling played and uncomfortable i told him if i was going to have problems again and he says nah i know what i told you". That was my second mistake was to allow him to hand the car over that late not allowing me to inspect it properly and taking it with me". Today i returned to them to explain all that was going bad with their work because it's not just the mirror and the camera being faulty, the lights jot being changed. Abdul has the audacity to say that i wanted free LED's and that i wasnt allowing them to fix the mirror and that i'd have to take it else where becuase he felt disrespected. As though he works for a business who does jot have to follow and laws and i should feel lucky that they even worked on my car because 9,000 dollars isnt money. Also my car was hit while parked and the camera he promise was top of the line and all these other lies did not capture the most important even! The camera has been recording when i get out of the car and me driving. Stopped recording on july 4th while still announcing that it was activating the parking mode or constant driviing mode. On top of everything he didnt put my car door back together as you can see in this picture. Just told me to take it somewhere else. Ask me where malik was this whole time. Either hiding in the back like a dirty rat or coming up to me to whisper things like " you wont win if you try to sue" or its nkot our fault you dont know whow to set up the camera". A camera i specifically asked abdul to have recording continuously. But he has an excuse for everything instead of fixing the issue. It was his responsibility to do what i asked him. Atleast program the camera or tell me that i still had to program it. He just said here is the camera and the box and bye. read more

Not a place I'd recommend. I went to Bronx auto sports to install a system the owner Malik was a cool guy. But the people he has working there are not helping him or his business. He has like 4 guys behind the counter that are clueless.. The only one with real knowledge there is Malik. The place is one big hang out. The installers are on their cell phones talking and working not focusing 100% on what they are doing. They operate a few different things in that one location.. Audio, tints, and some type of auto body. When my car was in there they were painting a car and 1/2 the car was inside an enclosed space and the other 1/2 was outside where my car was being worked on. The back part of the "enclosed" space was open and all of the fumes and paint were in the air. I was scared that I was going to have particle specks on my car.. When you 1st go there they tell you your car will be ready by a certain time, hours pass by and you are still there waiting. Just so you can get an idea, I took my car to auto sports to get a simple install, nothing really that complicated. 2 amps, door speakers, rear speakers and a sub. I dropped the car off at 10am. it was 6pm and the car still wasn't ready. That's how much they focus on an individual. at 10am. You would think after so many hours the quality of the work would be next to perfection, think again, the work is poor. The systems they install of course work, but if you are meticulous and like your things done professionally stay away from this place. After my install I had to return 3 times to make corrections and all three times I was sitting there for hours. They are totally not focused on the customer. They just want to make their money and get you out the door. At the end of the day I wish I would have gone somewhere else. Oh yes... but, they offer lifetime warranty on all installs. who wants to be going back there wasting time? Go elsewhere and get it done right the 1st time.. read more
