Absolutely unprofessional. Recieved a quote yesterday, called today and said he could fit my truck in. He takes my keys and locks my truck while i wait for my ride. I politely ask to unlock the truck to take my belongings out to make his job easier. He tells me I'm distracting him, tells me he doesn't want my business anymore and kicks me out. Wasted 3 hours of my day plus an uber trip. Could have just told me he doesn't have time to do my truck. read more

I got a Ticket for having Dark window Tints on my 2011 Cadillac CTS I recently purchased it and the dealership sold it to me never said anything about them being illegal! I went to Precision and Robert was Great totally understanding he removed the tints in 30min and charged me hardly anything, compared to the other places! After my car failed inspection due to the new window tinting laws, I was in dire need of having my tints removed. Precision was recommended to me by a couple of people, and I was extremely pleased with the work they did. They removed the tints from all four side windows as well as the rear glass. The lady I spoke with both on the phone and at the store (I believe her name is Maria) was very nice and patient, which can be rare in car shops. The price was very reasonable compared to other places I asked. Precision was upfront about how much the work would cost and about how long the work would take, which is something I greatly appreciated. No other places I went to could give me estimates for both of those things. I'll definitely be back to Precision when I'm ready to have the windows re-tinted. *** Also, the phone number that's listed on Yelp is the correct number for the office. Gave me a great price and did excellent work!!!!!! Couldn't be more happier. Great and easy going very down to earth and very easy to talk to. Not the best pricing but I decided to try it out nonetheless made an appointment for tints a week in advance I show up for my appointment. For them to say oh you had an appointment today sorry our tint guy is not in today and that's it. Meanwhile they have all my information a courtesy call would have been nice. Not only did I waste my time going there I made arrangements to be able to keep this appointment. I was not offered to reschedule or any alternative for the inconvenience nothing .
