His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. My system includes an ARC Audio X2 800.8 DSP/amplifier, JL Audio speakers, Infinity speakers, Beyma A-pillar tweeters, a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, and sound deadening. The installation is exceptionally clean, everything works perfectly, and it looks completely factory. The biggest difference came from Patrick's DSP tuning. He transformed the system into something I honestly didn't think was possible in a RAV4. The soundstage is wide, the vocals are perfectly centered, the bass is tight and controlled, and every instrument is incredibly clear. The music is balanced, detailed, and enjoyable at any volume. Before the tuning I liked my system, but after Patrick finished, it became a completely different experience. I was stuck early one morning with a keyless entry Ford Edge SUV (with what I learned later was…read morelikely a failing battery). I couldn't open the doors or start the car. The physical key was also giving me problems so I couldn't even get into the vehicle. I contacted other locksmiths, but Mark was came in at a great price and tried to walk me through testing the key fob, swapping its batteries, the physical key and anything else that could be wrong. Luckily for me the battery came back to life enough for me ro be able to take the car to Mark. There he did some diagnostics and told me it was likely a failing battery and not the key fob. Well, I was grateful for that as it meant I didn't need to replace the current key fob. But I don't like to be left unprepared so I asked him to program a second key fob while I was there. I had bought one previously but put off getting it done. Mark quickly cut and programmed the new one. It worked as good as the original. Anyway a long annoying morning ending up pretty great as I now knew what was wrong, was able to get into my car and get it started. And I got a new key fob done for a great price. Mark is a super nice guy, professional and quick and I totally recommend him.

He gets to work and tries to use them and realize they were stolen. The last time we both seen the air pods was in the bag on the back seat. So yes we are 100% sure that is the last place the pods were. There were two guys at the vehicle originally. 1 was tinting and the other was standing around talking to him. Then came along a younger male about 17 years old and sits in the back seat (NOT WORKING ON THE CAR). I went back to the place and explained what happened at first they were persistent saying only two people was at the car because only two workers know how to do the tint until they ran the cameras back. Then boom the 17 year old appear in the car now all of a sudden he checks behind the actual workers to make sure they are doing the work correctly. Funny how the story changed. The workers continued to play dumb and act as if they don't know what occurred. As I was addressing the concerns with the workers some tall goofy looking male comes over smirking as if the situation is funny. I expressed to him several times to stop speaking to me. She basically tossed this paper at me to fill out, didn't offer to help at all, seemed impatient when I was filling it out (honestly I think she was supposed to fill this out but just couldn't be bothered) and seemed totally irritated the whole time.
