Do NOT SHOP HERE. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Last spring I considered buying a car from Auto Spot but wanted to come back on a different day to take it for a used car evaluation at Pep Boys. The salespeople pressured me, saying they couldn't guarantee that the car would still be here in a week and I could put down a deposit to hold it. I insisted the deposit be refundable, and after some resistance they agreed. I had the manager (RAY PERALTA!!!!) sign the deposit paperwork myself so they couldn't negate the refund. When I decided not to buy the car, I tried for 2 months to get the salesperson to process the refund over the phone/remotely (I paid with a credit card) and after lying to me for awhile saying it was being processed and it never was, then fed me all kinds of BS about why he couldn't do it remotely and said we had to come in to swipe our card. We lived 2 hours away from Auto Spot and didn't have a car at the time so this wasn't easy to do. We were in the area 2 weeks ago and finally went by with our signed refund paperwork and credit card receipt from the transaction. After making us wait for a half hour, Ray finally sat down with us and BS'ed us some more, saying Auto Spot has changed their credit card company and he couldn't provide a check refund until he had "verified this transaction with the owner" and insisted he would call me within 3 days. When he never called, I called him and, surprise surprise, he wasn't able to "verify this transaction".This is despite him having our deposit slip, signed by himself, a copy of our credit card receipt, and a copy of my credit card statement reflecting the transaction. These people are slimy, slimy businessmen and I would not waste my time or money here. They also have a horrible Better Business Bureau rating! Happy car shopping, literally anywhere else!

DO NOT GO TO THIS "DEALERSHIP" Read the entirety of this review. Save yourself from the nightmare! I bought a ford F150 from this dealership and it's a complete lemon. My spouse who is overseas asked me to buy us a truck before she comes home so I do that and I bring a male friend of mine. I take it to my mechanic the VERY next day (because they wouldnt let us drive it to him) and he goes holy shit please bring this back ASAP. We do that and they say its "as is" knowing damn well this car is falling apart. So my spouse calls from the middle east to talk to the "sales manger" steve. She tells him "look, you have to do a risk analysis. This is 7k. Is that really worth tarnishing your reputation? Im overseas fighting for our freedom, working hard to make that money that I just sent her to buy this car and you sold her a lemon. Now when I come home in 2 months, I have to drive that vehicle. Your integrity is ok with that? There is severe erosion under this car. Trust that I will exercise every means to make sure people know the type of business being ran here.....is that worth 7k? Because I promise you will lose much more in customer loss. Just do the right thing. You know this car is junk. It's unsafe, and much was done to cover up these issues that an average person with no mechanical skills would have noticed. Take it back....because it's not worth the great lengths i'll go through to make sure everyone knows how terrible and shifty this business is. So after a ton of back and forth the car gets left so steve can talk to the owner mohammad. Also, because they did promise to fix the transline that was leaking as it was being driven to our mechanic. So They call back the next day and say we arent taking it back and as a consumer.....you have the right to do whatever you want to do. Wow. Just wow. Phenomenal business ethics. Also, the transline that they fixed, they just welded it up, they never replaced it. Also they said our plates were included in the price and they werent. The lied about it and only provided me with temporary plates. My wife will be home and now we are stuck with this car and she is across the world livid. So beware......we have made a compliant with consumer affairs and BBB but reviews are most important because hopefully this saves the person reading this from ever stepping foot at this place of business. They cover themselves from all legality "lemon law, buyers remorse" by selling the cars "as is" but the reality is that these cars are extremely dangerous. This company truly should be put out of business and investigated by the state of New Jersey. The vast amount of yelp reviews expressing their frequent selling of rusted cars should raise an alarm. They are putting people on the road with death traps. This type of erosion could only have come from cars that were in floods. And the reason why this wasn't noticed on our end initially is because they covered it up with a black rubber coating. It wasn't until it was driven to my mechanic and the black stuff started to chip off, showing the real deal underneath. If this isn't an unethical snake move, i don't know what is. The owner is Mohammad Abbulshokur and you should be ashamed of yourself.

I feel cheated, fooled, scammed, or anything els you want to call it after losing 15k$ just because I didn't do enough research about this untrusted dealership, Don't be fooled like me with their reviews Online. First I got an Audi Q7 with 86k miles on them for 23k$ with lemon law protect me for 1 month. After only 40 days of purchasing this car, smoke came out from the engine on my way from Connecticut to nyc on the highway, when i called the dealer (owner) and said you sold me a broken car. He basically told me "you can talk all you want on the phone and you won't get anything out of this" straight up direct he scammed me with a piece of shit that i paid a lot for. Of course he knows there's a problem with the car, and he sold it with only one month warranty and the problem happened only 10 days after the warranty ended. I called many lawyers and went around the city trying to get my rights and i couldn't have anything to be on my side. After purchasing used cars for 10 years and having tons of experience, This have been by far my worst experience ever. I went to fix the car at Audi for 1998$ cash cuz the car wouldn't event move, I had to tow it. After healing from this number i paid on top of this car, only 2 month after a bigger problem appeared. The engine burn oil and need an entire new engine for 10,000$. I sold this piece of crap and lost 15,000$ in cash in just 4 month With running only 4K miles on them. AVOID THIS DEALER, not only he didn't help at all or offer anything when the problem happened, but also he was rude with me when i tried to tell him about the broken car. Also the guy who sold me the car his name is Tom Sina, and haven't been any help whatsoever. Of course he stood by the owner side once i had these problems with the car. Make the right choices before you buy a car from there.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer on 7/5/19 but have refrained from posting my review until my…read moreattorney stated it was OK to do so. Anthony Petrullo and Royalty Auto Sales Inc. Be on notice, I will be filing suit for (3) times ascertainable loss in accordance with New Jersey UDAP law. The vehicle which Mr Petrullo sold me has various hidden damage which he was aware of but did not disclose and in doing such has violated UDAP law protecting consumers from fraud. If you have been the victim of Unfair Deceptive Acts & Practices by this dealer then please contact me at here on Facebook or at ThomasKukla yahoo com In addition, I will provide evidence of fraud by Mr Petrullo in charges made by the Bureau Of Fraud Deterrence, Department of Banking and Insurance of the State of New Jersey. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty from Anthony Petrullo which was sold to me on the premise that it was like new, fully inspected, one owner no issues. Well, less then 700 miles out of the gate and a check engine light came on. I will not go into detail of the problems with this Jeep because other problems are likely hidden and my pending suit will disclose all found. Do your homework folks, start with all the deceptive reviews. The Royalty Auto positive reviews are fake. Start with the review by Marissa Petrullo (daughter of Anthony) or Anthony Perona, fictitious, and you will get the picture. Reviews that have no comment or 1 review, 100% fake. If the reviewer has more then one review then look at who they reviewed and you will see the cross review scam. I will also site google being complicit in allowing these fake reviews by non-customers. When I asked Anthony the history of the vehicle I was told it was clean but Anthony said he was having trouble getting a CarFax printed while waiting for my loan approval, but assured me again, it was clean, (I went in fair and trusted him, big mistake) (1) owner when in fact it was in (3) accidents and (2) previous owners. I did not find out the true history until after I had completed my loan and the check was given to Mr Petrullo, and only on 7/12/19 did Mr Petrullo finally produce a Carfax report for me, but still stated it was (1) owner and only a small bumper accident, both statements untrue. One thing that I will give Mr Petrullo credit for is replacing the cracked windshield which was hidden by a large advertising sticker prior to and during the sale. This is a vehicle which I was charged $15,221.00 for but only has a resale value of $8000.00 due to the Carfax accident history which was not disclosed. I am sure Mr Petrullo will rebut claiming he gave me an adjustment on the cost when in fact he sold me a vehicle for $14,005 ($15,221 tax & tags) which has a book value of less then $8000 due to the Carfax history which was not disclosed during sale. The $2000 adjustment was in fact the balance on my trade in of $5500 which Mr Petrullo then sold the same day for another $2500 profit in addition to the $6000 profit on the Jeep. As of 7/24/19 I have not received my tags, registration or the one year warranty (which I found out is a worthless Cars Protection Plus warranty) which was promised upon sale, nor have I been contacted as to the whereabouts of the aforementioned. The statements made above are 100% truthful and accurate. In no way shall these facts be misconstrued as slander. Bottom line folks, do not trust this dealer.
