The do title/tag transfers, registration, duplicate titles, specialty tag..etc. They even have a notary public service on site. Sure the other places you can get the tag right there, but you first have to take a number and wait for hours before you get to your turn. This place has no line and no wait. They provide same day service so you can just come in, drop by your stuff in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon, no fuss no muss. The staff who helped me was courteous and helpful.
