I called them to get a handicap sticker for my mom. I had the pleasure speaking with Davina and she made the process seem like it was going to be easy. She told me that I needed an appointment and I did so. My mom and I showed up and the door was locked. I called the number on the door and Davina said the door would open at 5:15. Another client showed up and I told him the news. He also called and got the same answer. At about 5pm more people showed up. The door opened at 5:15 and Davina swiftly handled our request. I went to your office on July 20th , 2024 to have a car title transferred under my name and do all the proper registration process. I was helped by a lady called Davanna, she appeared to be very friendly and soft spoken, she explained to me the whole process, asked me for the documents I needed it for the transaction and gave me the fees. I ended up going the following Saturday, July 27th of 2024 since I was missing one document, she helped me choose a tag and assured me that the transfer and registration will take no longer than a week. To my surprise a week came by, and I was not contacted, I started calling the office and I realized that the number has been disconnected, when I finally got in touch with Davanna, she told me that the office was closed until further notice, and everything will be processed virtually. Another 2 weeks passed and not a word of my original documents or my money, I finally had to confront her and request my money and documents. Davanna agreed to meet me to give me the documents, I asked for my money which re replied it will have to be refunded a week later We met in person and I have told her that I needed a receipt where it says that I need it my money to be refunded and that I paid $355 originally which she provided it to me. Today is October 8th and this lady disappeared with my money and she doesn't answer my phone calls. I would have never imagined in my wildest dreams that something like this would happen to me in the US . How come I go to an office and pay for a service to be scammed like that? I request that whoever is behind this get in contact with me and return my money back. This is an absolutely disgrace that you will scam people like that posing as a legitimate business. read more

I came to Broward tags to renew my registration. Normally, I do this online, however, figures, during a pandemic, they need to SEE my insurance. SMH! Also, they want appointments, or won't allow people inside etc at the actual agencies, due to Covid!!! Well, I decided to try the neighborhood insurance/tag store. First, I called. The woman answered and I asked if she could do it, if they take credit cards and what the fees were. She told me yes and yes and she believed they were $3.50 I thought "Great", and went. When I arrived, the girl behind the desk stated she needed my license, insurance and registration to copy. She took them into a back room and it took almost 10 minutes ! Why? I don't know. In the interim, a man came in to ask what I needed and he went went behind the counter and behold! She came out with my items! He proceeded to look over my info and then informed me that it would be $50 additional, for handling. The tags were only $36!! I told him, "I was informed it was $3.50, and I don't think so!" No apology for the misrepresentation, just tried to sale me insurance! I could see it now, tell me I could get this for this price and hit me with double the premium! I don't think so! The representative I talked to was not only polite and professional, but was able to schedule an appointment that same day! The process was ALOT less stressful than at the other location we had just left from. Very fast, proficient, and eager to assist. Please be careful when you deal with this agency. The guy asked me to pay 370 USD for Sales Tax, I told him that I already paid sales tax in another state and I should pay only the difference. He insisted I should pay all of it and this having the bill of sale in his hands showing clearly all the details. When I insisted he was not happy and said that I ask too many questions.
