I had to park on rhe street and pay for parking. When I entered, there was no signs with directions on where or how to sign in. After seeing people at a kiosk I figured that out. After that the process was really smooth. My wait time was about 20 minutes. It took me about 5 minutes at the window. I was just surrendering an old tag. I would recommend this business.

They pointed out that a had a few debts that had to be squared out before I can renew anything.......without a hesitation i resolved the pending debts and then I was told that I had to call the Hollywood city hall building and ask them to email send confirmation via fax to Baumgardner Tag Agency.....I was told by the phone over in Broward I had to go physically and get the confirmation paper. I didn't understand if if I completed my duty and payed the fees that needed to be taken care of why do I have to t drive to the other county for confirmation that I payed an old parking ticket. I didn't feel like it was my duty to call the Hollywood city hall and request them to send anything anywhere. That should've been the duty of the agency that was trying to get confirmation that everything was set and paid for. So I asked for the manager to see if she can go ahead and make that call and save me trip. Then I was told by an employee that the manager was busy and help me and that I needed to drive over to the next county ( with an expired tag) and come back with a STOP RELEASE paper for the paid parking ticket so they can go ahead and grant me the renewal. I didn't understand why the Tag Agency didn't want to contact Broward themselves confirm that's it's payed and take my money. Now they lost a customer because I sure wasn't going to drive back down this same Tag agency to renew anything at this point. There's a hundreds of other tag agency I could use to renew a tag. I do admit the wait & process was quick here, the quality of service was not up to the highest standards but they did try to help but I don't think they wanted to do any business with me. I recommend this place if you have all your debts and proper documents to get anything resolved but I won't be returning to this Auto Tag Agency for anything.

The parking situation at this place is horrible. The staff…read moreis even worse. This actually happened at this place today. I came in with my friend who needed a disabled parking permit. We had the required state disable parking permit form filled out and were ready to do business. Asked the lazy clerk behind the window doing absolutely nothing at far end of the store if they were taking customers by number b/c after being there ten minutes all of the customers at the counter were just standing there and people waiting to make their transactions were standing around behind them on top of each other. Lazy clerk tells me, "No," and proceeds to go on doing nothing. About five minutes later and the same customers patiently waiting for service, one of his co-workers starts calling numbers. I ask her why lazy clerk guy told me they are not taking customers by number and she says, "He's not calling customers by number." Then, five minutes later, lazy clerk guy starts calling out numbers to serve customers. He goes thru the numbers before ours and no one steps up to his window. He calls the number we took, I go up to him, start the transaction, and then he says someone else had a number before me and he takes them. While I am dealing with Mr. low I.Q., they call the next number after me and I tell the clerk who gave me the asinine answer to my question about calling customers by number and she looks at me and says they called your number and you did not come up and then ignores me while another customer is in front of her.. I tell her this does not make sense and we came in to get the disabled parking permit. Then, the customer who lazy clerk guy took after he started transaction with me goes away and lazy clerk guy leaves his window and walks into another room away from all of the customers. Finally, the other clerk who ignored us calls us over. The whole time we are talking to her, she does not even look up even though we are both polite and friendly and my friend is disabled. We finish the transaction and leave with the decals we came there to get as well as an experience that was straight of a bad sitcom. Avoid this place unless you crave poor customer service served with a sneer from unfriendly and unhelpful rude people who could not care less about your valuable time and treating paying customers with respect. Too bad Yelp! does not allow zero stars for a review b/c that is exactly what they deserve.
