I lost the title to my car and needed to get a new one. Found a form online, filled it out, got it notarized (mission) and brought it here to get it processed. The two young ladies in the office broke it to me they'd only need my ID - and none of the paperwork. Of course lol. They typed me into the system, immediately knew which car I had, and got the process started. They had the title for me in 3 days! They offered to send it to my house, or have me pick it up. Since it took a few extra days to have it mailed to the house, and I live so close I opted to pick it up. I got a call when it arrived, and all was well in the world again. I'll likely come back when it's time to get a new tag.

Another client showed up and I told him the news. He also called and got the same answer. At about 5pm more people showed up. The door opened at 5:15 and Davina swiftly handled our request. I ended up going the following Saturday, July 27th of 2024 since I was missing one document, she helped me choose a tag and assured me that the transfer and registration will take no longer than a week. To my surprise a week came by, and I was not contacted, I started calling the office and I realized that the number has been disconnected, when I finally got in touch with Davanna, she told me that the office was closed until further notice, and everything will be processed virtually. Another 2 weeks passed and not a word of my original documents or my money, I finally had to confront her and request my money and documents. Davanna agreed to meet me to give me the documents, I asked for my money which re replied it will have to be refunded a week later We met in person and I have told her that I needed a receipt where it says that I need it my money to be refunded and that I paid $355 originally which she provided it to me. Today is October 8th and this lady disappeared with my money and she doesn't answer my phone calls. I would have never imagined in my wildest dreams that something like this would happen to me in the US . How come I go to an office and pay for a service to be scammed like that? I request that whoever is behind this get in contact with me and return my money back. This is an absolutely disgrace that you will scam people like that posing as a legitimate business.

Just brought in my previous registration and current insurance in Florida and they took care of the rest. Could I have probably paid half of this to do it my self? Mary helped us and said it would take 2-3 business days for processing, but that it would likely be back on Thursday. Thursday came and went and we heard nothing. On Friday afternoon, I called and was told the registration was still not back, and that since Monday was a holiday, it would likely be Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. As you can imagine, I was not happy. Much to my surprise, late Monday afternoon, I received a text stating the registration was ready for pickup. This morning, my brother arranged for a friend to drive him there, which took an hour of his time and theirs. Upon arrival, he was handed the registration but there was no required yellow sticker! When he asked for the sticker, he was informed that their courier didn't get one and it would now be ANOTHER 2 to 3 business days to get the sticker. This is simply unacceptable. We could have gone to any number of other places and had the tag back within two business days. We chose this location because it seemed to be most convenient, but this has been nothing short of a MAJOR inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this business to others.
