My issue: I live in a brand new building nearby, and on one fine day I parked at the top level of our parking garage, which happens to be beneath the pool. Well some weird gunk leaked from the pool and onto my car, leaving a hard, white crust on the window molding and door paint. I couldn't get it off with strong rubbing alcohol or conventional cleaners, I needed professional help (that I reasoned to my building that they should pay for- and they agreed). Anyway, G&M was painstaking and delicate, minded the paint. It was not easy and I don't think just any shop could have done it. The car looks like it never suffered the abuse! Finding a mechanic that you trust can be tricky, and I am so happy that Angel and his team have been amazing, friendly, and trustworthy folks not just to me but my entire family. We have been customers of Leader Service for over 15 years, and I have not visited another shop for my car since. It's worth mentioning, that for the majority of the time I've gone to Leader Service, I have had the same 2013 Nissan Rouge. It's wild to me that my car still runs perfectly fine - and it's because of the attention to detail and maintenance recs that the team here has shared with me. This week I went in for my regular oil change, and they discovered I also had a leak in my radiator and coolant tank. After they changed the tires, all of my rims were scratched during the process. Now I have a big problem when it's time to return my lease. I noticed the damage before they even did the alignment and immediately told them my rims were scratched. The staff and the manager showed a complete lack of professionalism. I literally saw them coordinating their story, trying to claim the rims were already scratched. This was the first time in the vehicle's life that I had any work done on the tires. My rims were basically brand new, and now they're damaged and will need repairs before I return the car. Again, they took zero responsibility. Instead of providing a service, they created a problem for me. And based on other reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one this has happened to. Terrible place. Avoid it and save yourself the headache.
