Took my car for a valve cover gasket replacement charged me 286 dollars for them to mess the job up not once but two times putting the spark plug tube seals in upside down both times making my car leak more oil than it was before I took it up there and ended up having to pay another mechanic to fix my car the same job they did cause I didn't want them touching my car again and now my car has no issues whatsoever after the other mechanic fixed it and they refuse to take any responsibility. We recently started using this shop. We hired them to do an alignment and tire install on our vehicle in October. By December, the tires were prematurely wearing on the inside. After returning to the shop, it was discovered that the tire rods needed replacing, which caused the premature wear. The shop was fantastic and stood by their work. The necessary repairs were completed quickly and accurately, and the owner provided some much appreciated discounts to help with the replacement tires and labor, even through the tire rods and camber bolts needing replacement may not have been visible during the initial work. I kept hearing a screeching noise and called to get pricing on brake pads. They were able to get me in quickly and access the cause of the sound. They showed me the issue with my rotors and brake pads. I saved hundreds compared to going to Volkswagen and the customer service was top tier. It's one of those shops where they treat you like family and the moral of the staff was great. I'll be back. read more

I had tires installed by Tire Kountry in Reidsville NC. Never again will I use any of there services. First off, very unprofessional. There mechanic overtightened my lug nuts stripping most of the out, (I have 20 on my car) and breaking about 5 on my car. They didn't tell me this and let me drive away. My car shook for the time I picked it up. When I finally got to a place to have my car checked they couldn't get the rims off my car they were so tight. Well over 150lbs of tork, when spec.s say 105lbs. I called them to see if they would make things right. I was told "Not our problem" I called to speak to the owner, was told he is busy, I asked for his name, I got hung up on. I called back and asked for the owner again, He grabbed the phone and never stopped screaming at me, saying it my fault and that I'm a stupid FU***ng Bi**ch! yeah, thats how you treat customers. I was never given his name. I have filed a police report and am pursuing a civil suit against he and the business. Thru my research I found out the owners name as well as the FACT that they have NO BBB rating over similar issues. There LLC has been revoked by the state of NC for not submitting one or more annual reports in May of this year. They are a Shady business. Don't get taken for a financial ride with this place. Go somewhere where they are honest people and your vehicle get the proper care. read more

I got 4 new tires from Tire Kountry. They swapped my rims out for old bent rims and would not replace them when my tire was daily leaking. The woman who runs the front counter is a sweetheart but the guys made a mockery of me. Do not let these guys near your vehicle read more
