I called at 8am on the dot and they answered, were friendly and told me they'd get me in and out when I got there (I gave them a 2 hour estimate). The tow took insanely long to get to me and I didn't arrive until near the time they closed 7 hours later :( They were so great about it and got me in and out with no complaints and friendly attitudes. I had to get 4 tires unfortunately because I have AWD, however the tires are great and they recommended the ones good on gravel (I live in Seward so gravel is essentially what makes the roads ‍). It was worth the price. They also are dog friendly and allowed my two pups to play outside and come in and sit with me.

I feel like they just took the filter off and didn't even drain all the oil out. It was a crappy job was just an oil change and then when I called them the response I got was so rude and just unexceptional and not to mention I mean my car was just about out of oil and so I took it in about 1 August and by September 18 my oil was extremely low and my service light was on. Hoping it was only brakepads I limped home (no real other option as I couldn't miss work) and started calling around to find ANYone able to squeeze me in. This year has been horrible for people waiting well past the deadline to even start trying to do their tire change overs. Ugh! I hadn't even considered Pitstop because I figured Aaron was up to his eyeballs in tires, and saw a post on the shop's facebook page saying as such. I took a chance anyway and commented wondering if they could squeeze an emergency brakes issue in. Aaron messaged me back personally saying to call in the morning and see what they could do. Of all the garages, Aaron's was the one that could get me in soonest. Everyone I spoke to and worked with were friendly, helpful, and honest with what I was looking at. In true Aaron fashion he cracked jokes while also trying to be as compassionate as possible as he gave me the bad-ish news that it wasn't brakepads - it was brakes. Oy. He gave me the quote which wasn't as terrible as I expected, and gave me the timeline of when it could be finished. He made his deadline and came under his quote. When I picked it up, Steve walked me through how it worked, helped me download an app that I can use to start it up. But that was just the normal service. I also told him my wife's auto start on her car had stopped working about a month before. We tried looking up what do do with it to fix it but had no luck. He hopped in her car, took about 3 minutes, pushed a few buttons, tried a couple different things, and BAM. Fixed it right there on the spot. Free of charge.
