Hello, I had my free service 40 point inspection from AAA. It was about an hour. About an hour for waiting time. He came back with I needed an oil change my car which was fine,cause I did. When I done 40 point inspection before from AAA. The auto shop always gave me information about what they did on the 40 point they didn't give me anything information on my car...like that my tires are bad or what percentage my tires were, my fluids,my rotors, my breaks and Whatever all my 40 points added up to. That's way only gave them 4 stars. Cause I don't know what they did with my car. The old Gentleman offered me a drink and if he could do anything else, for me I think it was the owner. read more

Worst business ever! I think all of their good reviews are fake. They told my boy radiator was leaking, then blown head gasket, ball joints about to fall off, yet the mechanic offered to buy the truck from him. Why? because, the vehicle for as old as it was only had 78000 miles on it. Told him it would cost 1200 to fix the ball joints, thousandsssss to fix head gasket. My boy was traveling cross country and only 18 so he didn't know any better and sold the truck to the mech and got a rental to finish the trip. Sheisty business and Sheisty individuals. This review is a few weeks overdue. We traveled from California to Illinois and then back. We took the scenic route in both directions and I tallied up about 5k on the odometer. While driving, my wife felt water dripping on her feet in the passenger seat. We tried getting into a couple local shops, however, the wait time was to long to wait for. I feared that I was going to have to replace my heater core, and I knew that was a somewhat complicated job, because the dash would probably have to be removed. In a frenzy, I reached out to a cousin of mine who referred me to Paul at Auto World Tire and Auto. She praised their knowledge and expertise, as well as speed of service. I in turn reached out and made contact with Paul. He kind of assessed the problem over the phone, but wanted to be certain, and asked me to bring it down straight away. I didn't have to wait days or weeks for service, and that was a relief. Upon my arrival, I was able to see that their operation was busy. This is a good sign, as it represents good will and good service. I always fear the shops that have no customers. We arrived, Paul greeted me, asked for more information, took my keys and after a brief wait, they pulled the vehicle in. They proceeded to visually investigate everything. Even after, and knowing that I was going to be returning through some hot climates, they went on to perform a series of tests to be certain of their diagnosis. It turned out it was only a plugged drainage port in the heater box that was failing to drain. My charge was incredibly reasonable, and I have nothing but praise for the prompt and attentive service. When you travel long distances with your family, one always elects for safety over everything. Paul and his crew were not only generous in their understanding of my time predicament, but they addressed the problem straight away. I left their shop with a high level of certainty that there was nothing to worry about. Will I return to them for future service? Absolutely. Also, I think it's important to mention, that mechanics out here in CA just don't seem as knowledgeable as those of the Midwest. I'm not sure what exactly it is, but I always appreciate the data that comes from the testing and not just an opinion. We made it back safe and sound and I traveled through some areas along the way where the temperatures were in excess of 110 degrees. I know this is a lengthy review, but their attention to detail kind of merits a detailed review. God Bless this operation. I hope everyone supports them, because THEY CARE. read more

recently bought a car from Enterprise and the brakes and oil light came on. Enterprise told me to go to auto world to get the repairs. Paul, the manager, was super helpful and in an amazing mood, even though the day was already busy and Tony, the mechanic, immediately got to work on checking out what was wrong with my car. Paul listened to me and my problems and found solutions within the day and fixed it in a day. Paul Thank you so much for making my day better and giving me excellent service ! Well it seems many people have had a good experience here. They must not have been dealing with Brandon. I called to get a price on tires for my Honda. I said 'Hi, I'd like to get an estimate on tires for my car" I had the Year, make , model, vin number, even the inch tire I needed but Brandon didn't even ask me for any of that. He said "I need the first 3 numbers off your tire." I said I don't that, I have . . . and proceeded to give him the info. He asked me if any of that was the first three numbers off my tire. When I said no, he said, well then I can't give you a price. You get me the number and I'll get you a price. I said, I don't think so and hung up. I'm getting new tires tomorrow somewhere else. You know what, they didn't need a 3 digit number to give me pricing. Pulled it right up. Seems there is only one size for this model and year. If AutoWorld cared enough about their customers to be bothered to look, they'd have my business tomorrow. Since Brandon chose to behave like a jerk and dismiss me, my family and I will be taking our 4 cars elsewhere. Nice work Brandon. read more

Went to Auto World because had a nail in my tire, in an area that could not be repaired. I was sold two rear tires for $200.00 on 04/24/2019. I went back because I had vehicle trembling if I went above 50mph, they balanced the tires, Barry the owner drove it and he put the new tires on the front, still had the same problem. I called again about the same problem 2 day later and brought the vehicle back in on 5/15/2019, it wasn't 30 days and he stated he would call his supplier, he could of shaped the tires out but instead I never heard back from him. Auto World sold me 5 year old tires that looked good but were dry rotted. Went to Walmart and got new tires and haven't had a problem, don't trust this business, I will never have anyone go there, he went in his warehouse and because I was a female took advantage. read more

Lifesaver!! Was traveling from Missouri back to Cincinnati with my two children when my engine light started flashing and car started shaking hard. Thankfully I was at the foot of an exit. I rolled off slowly and googled Auto places thinking I would need expensive tow but low and behold, there was Auto World right in front of me! I was able to make it in the lot and Charles and Michael took such good care of us!! They immediately checked out my car, gave me estimate and even though Michael had stated they had only half staff that day, he knew we were traveling and put my car in for service immediately. My final cost was the exact price of the estimate and they had us back on the road in a little over an hour. I could not give them a better recommendation. I especially appreciate being able to drop off my vehicle in the morning, then getting a ride to work from Dee. Never going here again. I brought my car there, it took a week for them to fix it (literally). Then had to take it back there to fix again because the first fix messed up the gears. So now I'm going a second full week without a vehicle. They don't care about convenience. If you have more than 1 car to drive, great. read more

They operate with honesty and integrity, and will go well above and beyond the call of duty to help you out if you're in trouble. They won't do unnecessary work to "pad the bill," as they understand the value in forging long-term relationships with repeat customers. I've always been treated fairly and honestly, and they have always been very happy to explain the what's and why's of things that need to be done vs. things that can be put off. I had catalytic converter that Honda said I needed to replace for $1,100, but when I brought my car to Auto World they said it would 1) only cost me $400 and 2) I didn't need to replace it. I have been coming here for a long time, but more so over the past year. They have made such great improvements to their lobby for customer comfort. Their customer service is excellent. Their pricing is competitive. When they don't have the part they need, they often send someone out to get it same day. Otherwise they order it and reschedule. They have excellent technicians who are all passionate and knowledgable about what they do. They deal with honesty and integrity.
