After I got an oil change this Saturday, I left and down the road my oil light came back on (for…read morelow oil). After stopping and popping the hood to check the oil level, I found that there was a clamp missing from my coolant tank to the radiator and the hose was disconnected. I happened to pop open the coolant tank to find that they had put OIL IN MY COOLANT TANK. It appears that it was probably noticed by the employee and they pulled off the hose so it didn't go into my radiator, and there was several inches of oil sitting on top of the coolant on the tank. No one even told me they messed this up, they just expected I would find it I guess and it resulted in pulling the coolant tank off, cleaning it thoroughly, then putting it back on and filling it with coolant, after buying a new hose clamp as well. Just, completely absurd behavior and if I didn't know any better it's entirely possible I would have had a wholly damaged car.

Two negatives; 1. they didn't print out my emissions sticker when the test was completed and tried to give me a sketchy excuse that he was already doing another test and he couldn't give me a sticker as I told Raphel I was turning around and come get it. If literally just driven off, and stopped at a light and noticed the date on the sticker was my old date. If he'd done it when he completed my test, then it wouldn't have been an issue as all I'd have to do is swing around and pick it up. Instead, of saying he overlooked printing it out and apologizing for that, I got shady excuses instead. That's the negative here costing them a star. 2. They vacuumed only the passenger side of my car... Why bother vacuuming at all!?! Minus another star. Besides the above the service of fast and efficient, beware of all the extra stuff they'll try to sell you though Update 7/13 from 7/11 service: Third negative: they tinkered around with my air filter assembly and talked me in to replacing it.I'm not entirely sure exactly what they messed with in there but now it's so loud in my car and noisy when I turn on the air. It never used to be this crazy noisy.. Updated star rating from 3 stars to 1 star.

Yesterday (7/26) I noticed grinding and go today for a look. The guy (a jerk) wants to charge me $1100 saying I need rear and front pads, rotors and a brake flush??? All this is less than 2 months when the breakers we checked 6/11? Obviously I'll get a second opinion and if I need it I'll get it somewhere else. Either they didn't check it then or knew i needed work but allowed it to get worse to make it a bigger, more profitable job for them. I do not recommend.

They claim it isn't their fault . They say they " just stuck a battery in and changed the ignition out and it ran great" . So they didn't do anything else . That is not making sure it is mechanically sound . The fact it didn't make it to Fenton from Maryland heights says it wasn't sound . The bill for those 2 things was $1,500 by the way .

This shop was recommended to me when we moved to the area. I had a Jeep Wrangler that I absolutely…read moreloved. I had built it the way I liked it, I had adventures in it, and I'd driven all over the country. Loved it. Back story, I had an Eaton Trutrac installed while living in El Paso, when I moved here it failed catastrophically. I took it to Danmark and they showed me that the part wasn't torqued or anything, it was just bouncing around in there. It also took out my ring and pinion. I ordered the parts and they put them in for me at a reasonable price. During that work, they confirmed my axle shafts and bearings were not affected. Shortly after installation we drove to Maryland. I had noticed a little dragging thunk noise around turns, specifically accelerating out of them. I brought it back to Danmark and they told me it was my axle bearings, which had been fine a few months prior. I bought the parts and had them install them. I guess they don't test drive because it was still clunking around turns when I took it home. I called Eaton and they told me the trutrac is kinda noisy so I cautiously moved on. Fast forward a few months and I haven't driven it much but the clunking had gotten so bad it felt like the whole back end was shifting with the clunk and it was nearly undriveable. In tears I got underneath determined to try and find out what it was and within minutes, I found that the track bar was not torqued down at all, in fact it was completely loose. So essentially, I would turn and my axle housing tried to stay straight. I told them this and I got "oh sorry. He's usually good about that stuff", never once offered to take a look or make anything right. Meanwhile, I know the problems that can occur from that loose track bar. It probably prematurely wore out my axle bearings, and I have no idea what damage was done to the brand new diff. I lost ALL confidence and trust in my jeep. I was terrified that something would go wrong. The shop had also done work on my engine, now I'm worried that wasn't done right. My husband did an oil change after them and they had rounded out my drain plug and torqued it on so tight that he needed a special tool to get it off. I gave up my Jeep today because Danmark destroyed my confidence in it. Every little noise, I swear it's driving worse since they did the work, clatters from hood after the engine work. I don't trust anything they did and that distrust lost me a rig that I built exactly the way I wanted it. I was going to keep it forever because I took amazing care of it. Not one spot of rust, not one missed service.
