I had to make it to a very important meeting with my lawyer (I had waited 3 wks to get in) and the Bowman magic happened! They got me in, ordered the part, even showed me the defective part, and I was out the door on time to make it to that critical meeting. In diagnosing it, Art was extremely reasonable and sought to help me save money. He was thoughtful in explaining each step, and I felt very cared for as a customer who was hopeful my car would pull through. Unfortunately, my car was at the end of its time with me after the timing belt broke/caused damage to the engine, and Art continued to be super helpful. He was extremely kind and sympathetic, as my car meant a great deal to me. He was thorough in explaining my options, and had a gentleness as he gave me the hard prognosis that it'd be a huge financial endeavor for me to keep the car going. As I figured out my choice as to what to do with the car, Main Street Motors was patient in allowing me to keep my car parked in their lot as I figured out what to do.
