Every time I contact them, I'm constantly reminded of why I only buy parts from them. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable of the products they sell, but they're always trying their best to make sure you're happy with them. Whether it be giving you advanced notice if your parts are on back order or always being a quick phone call away, they're always on top of things! After my last order of parts, they went so far as to contact me personally and see how things went with the install and what the outcome of the upgrade was. During one other purchase, the product was missing a small yet important piece. Without asking a single question, they had the part in the mail with next day delivery! I have yet to ever have a negative experience with them, and their customer service keeps me coming back as a loyal customer! For a wheel alignment and AC fixing. Dude walked outside to my car and came back. Then said "NO". I was like I drop almost 45 mins to get here and after been told yes and yes to all of my inquiries, now that I'm here in person... it's a No. so yeah, nothing was done. No service rendered, all I got was profiled and refused service. So when I got back home to Philly. Some other shop did the work and respectfully, if I must say so. PS: I don't want a reply from the business other either. This is a review and I've honestly left one and don't need an explanation or justification, as I would never return there again. I just happen to work in the area that's all.

The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

I have a Lexus RX 350 SUV that suffered a dent of its right fender after being parked in a…read moresupermarket parking lot. Perp did not leave a note and security cameras did not capture the incident. I was hoping paintless dent repair (PDR) could be performed, knowing that the dent being placed at the crease of the aluminum fender would make for a challenging repair. I learned that a master technician named John at Thompson Detail Center at 450 N Broad Street in Doylestown was a true expert in PDR. One should be aware that this Center performs many more services than detailing, including wheel protection and restoration, PDR, scratch & dent repair, Paint Protection Film, Window Film Tints, Ceramic Coat, and more. I stopped by the Center, and John assessed the damage and provided me a very reasonable quote for the job. I dropped off this SUV the following week for the PDR to be performed. When I returned to pick it up, I was massively impressed with the quality of John's work. Both to the eye and upon feel, the fender looks like it did right out of the factory (please see the photos). I realized I had made the best choice possible by having this tech perform his craft. I will be very happy to refer family members and friends to John and Thompson Detail Center.
