He had the car ready when we arrived, so we could look at it. He was incredibly welcoming and kind. Thomas (Tomas?) in finance was very kind and welcoming as well. He was incredibly helpful and answered the hundred questions that I had. But the dealership pressed him to do just that and he gave up the vehicle without first being paid. I am deeply impressed with owner Amina Hamadi. No complaints on the BBB website and an A+ rating is practically unheard of for an auto repair shop in Florida. And what makes that more amazing is that he has an A+ rating and is not even a BBB member! That rating is proof positive of a gem of a man and a repair shop in junkyard full of Florida repair shops made up of a limited number of good guys, and a lot of others who receive complaints from disappointed customers. Sometimes things get busy...but I have given them two chances now and both times I was disappointed. Don't plan on getting anything done quick here. If you are dropping off, then it may be fine. But if you are needing something done and don't have the ability to drop-off, plan for a good chunk of your day to be consumed and don't trust the given timelines.
