Despite the Holiday season, I was notified within a reasonable time both units had been successfully repaired and they sent them back. Their estimate for repair was more than reasonable, considering these devices were supposed to be dead or unrecoverable. Since receiving these two machines, I have been using both for about 2 weeks and I could not be more appreciative. They literally brought these two devices back from the dead. Autobahn charged an upfront "diagnostic fee" of $65 for each of these devices. The fee isn't unreasonable through does emphasis the value I received from DosLabs. NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! About 18 months ago Autobahn came to our house to install an eero system because our current router was not getting to all areas of the house. They did an excellent job on the install and recently we needed to add an eero Beacon to our existing system and I found we needed to be able to sign in but they had that info. and after trying twice to get a code to them that evidently had expired between when they sent it and when I went back into my email and forwarded it to them they have quit trying which renders the ability to change or add to the existing eero system (that we paid them to install) impossible so the one star is because the service after the sale has been such a poor experience if this changes (soon) I will update our rating. read more

Best Apple authorized service, by far! Great customer service and they will diagnose as well as advise on how to fix - before any charge! I had a battery issue with an iPad and they told me what would be involved to send it to apple and have it fixed, should it need that. They told me on Wednesday it would be ready before the long weekend, and they were right! They completely diagnosed and fixed my problem in-house which was a huge help. Just got my MacBook back from Apple, took it to Autobahn for the Apple Sticky Key recall. After 3 days I was called and told it wasn't covered under warranty because of Liquid Damage, which it never had. When I received it back, I found several of the Keys no longer worked. I contacted Autobahn and was told they'd get back to me and of course never did, no followup service. I then turned to Apple, they had me ship the MacBook to them, it was repaired the same day and I had it back in 4 days. They never found any Liquid Damage as claimed by AutoBahn and had no problem replacing the Key Board as the recall required. The MacBook works like New, not like it did when returned from Autobahn, would never take anything to Autobahn, not even a Granny Smith Apple. Very poor company, their quote was $324.99 to replace the Key Board covered under warranty, and damaged by them, plus $100 for Labor, Unbelievable. All done FREE by Apple under the warranty, including shipping. Never take an Apple to these overpriced Botch Artist. read more
