$252.15 to replace a tag light (tag lights that work; not out)…read more I went to Toyota of Murfreesboro for a 15,000 mile service. I was told it would take 45 minutes. It actually took 2 hours. Then I was told my tag lights on my 2025 Toyota were out. The cost to replace the bulbs was quoted $252.15. I checked the bulbs; they were not out.

We were upfront about this from the start. We were not looking for a free bumper. We wanted something fair. What we got instead was over eight hours of dishonesty, a reneged contract, and a service advisor who lied to us repeatedly. After Toyota of Murfreesboro returned the vehicle with the bumper ripped halfway off, several tabs destroyed, and new cracks -- significantly beyond what existed before -- I called immediately and was connected to Chris Popin. Chris theorized the car wash likely caused the additional damage. Fine. We came back to work out a deal. Then the lies began. Chris quoted the replacement part at $800+. It's listed on their own website for $418.74. I pulled it up in front of him. He claimed it would need painting -- false. He claimed it might be the wrong part -- also false, confirmed by VIN. He then contradicted his own car wash theory, saying it couldn't have caused that level of damage, despite photographic proof that only one tab was damaged beforehand. After three hours of his moving goalposts, we reached a signed agreement: $418.74 for the part, $65 labor, $200 goodwill discount. When my wife arrived for the scheduled repair -- with our infant son -- Chris informed her the labor would be $279 more because they "didn't see the damage before." (Then what were you doing during the three hours I was there previously?) He then claimed he couldn't locate the signed contract from the prior week. She showed him the photo I had the foresight to take. They honored the deal only after being cornered with their own paperwork. They waited until I wasn't present to attempt to renegotiate a signed agreement with my wife. We had already acknowledged the prior damage and asked only for fairness. Instead, Chris lied about pricing, lied about parts, contradicted himself on the cause of damage, and his team attempted to walk back a signed contract. I took time out of my busy day to drive down and confront them about this and to ensure they honored their agreement; all I got was excuses and lies. Come prepared: know their labor rate is $164/hour, clear your cookies before browsing their site (dynamic pricing), and document everything in writing. They won't honor it unless you back them into a corner, you'll need to have proof. I am furious and disgusted. We will not be working with them again.

Do not go to Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership!!!…read more I have been to Freeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram dealership two times now and would not hesitate to go back. After Franklin Ram screwed up my truck three times I took it over to Freeland. I happened to get Rachel as a service tech, and she was absolutely terrific. She was quick, professional, and very personable. She kept me updated on the status of my truck and made sure I had a ride to and from the dealership. They were able to take care of a couple things and head to order some parts For another The second time was just like the first they got me in quick got me a ride home and kept me updated on the status of my truck. I'm quite happy with the work they've done and would not hesitate to recommend their service department to anyone. I was also looking for a couple things and went to the parts department. Mike helped me out and went above and beyond to find the information I needed. Overall, that is my go to dealership. All the people working, there seem quite knowledgeable and very friendly.

I've had it serviced at the store numerous times. I consider David Beasley, the service manager, a friend. (He owns 34 pairs of Jordan's). I tried everything to buy a new (to me) vehicle from them while I was getting my oil changed a few weeks ago. They acted like they thought I was joking. I went and bought another car from another dealership and then came back to try to sell them the Durango that I bought from them. I took it to them on Friday February 20th to see if they'd purchase it. After all, I get emails and mailers from them all the time saying they want to buy my Durango. Well, the used car manager took a look at it and then proceeds to have the salesman tell me it's not something they'd be interested in purchasing. Fast forward to today. Carvana just picked up my Durango and brought a check with them. Easiest experience ever!
