I understand being busy, I understand having other things going on. But I just got the feeling my business wasn't important to him. I made an appointment over a week in advance. Talked to him, understood his limited availability.. he suggested an alternative that I was good with but then I never heard from him. He was supposed to get back to me ... it wasn't u til the day before when I checked in that he said he couldn't accommodate my request. He did offer for me to go to the dealer for the service. No thank you, that is why I selected a mobile detailing service. Very disappointed. I found another place that did an awesome job. Every single square inch was COVERED in black mold, down to the metal. I honestly thought the truck was completely ruined. This shop was amazing from beginning to finish. They picked up the truck for me because it was unsafe for my son and I to be in it, they were genuinely concerned about if I would have enough food to last until they were able to finish it. They did everything they could to work with my budget, and kept me updated every step along they way. They were so nice, and made an incredibly stressful situation not completely miserable. When their work was done, they brought it back to me and it was SPOTLESS. It honestly looked like new, I've never seen it look that good.
