Decided to give them another try because maybe it was an off day the first time, and once again, the quality of work is terrible. I should have just cleaned it myself. I'm still in the market for a trustworthy car wash. They do a good job here but you damn near have to watch them to ensure they get all the windows and pertinent areas. On my last visit, I literally had to tell them there was still bird poop on my back window. There have been times when air freshener is included in your wash package and you realize on your way to your next destination that they didn't do it. The unlimited wash packages can't be purchased in person. You have to download the app and sign up with a credit card for recurring payment. When you sign up for their emails, they do email and/or text promotions to you. Some locations also participate in a free car wash for Veteran's Day. Check beforehand to be sure. Shout out to Jocelyn who keeps the team on a steady pace with the many cars that are waiting at times. She's helpful in explaining the various packages and promotions. The young adults that work here work hard. I can say that in all the times I've come here, nothing has come up missing from my vehicles. I appreciate not being stolen from. Some people opt to wait outside but there is a small area inside if you're watching the cars proceed through the wash. They have vending machines and a restroom for patrons while you're waiting. Pay attention to the traffic pattern as you are exiting and when done. I do plan to return and hope that the experience and service points improve to allow an update to this review. read more

This place has gotten increasingly worse. I used to enjoy coming to get my car washed, would even tip. I was asked if I wanted the managers special for 45. Outside car wash and interior. Most of the job was done with just the drive through car wash. Which I could've paid half the cost for. This was more like a managers rip off, I had to ask them to vacuum out the back of my truck and under the seats when I was told my car was ready. The inside of my doors were still dripping wet with whatever they used to half ass clean the inside of my car. It also didn't have the added fragrance even though he asked me as we were walking out what scent I wanted. The pictures basically speak for themselves. Will not be coming here again. read more

I came here as it was getting dark. The next day i looked at my vehicle and it had water stains all over it.. So I returned for a redo. This is when I saw the problem. The automated car wash is horrible, and the automated dryers don't work we either. It doesn't rinse all of the soap off your car. When my car came out of the wash, there was still soap on the side mirrors and the trunk of my car. The workers saw this and did not try to fix it. They returned it with water stains once again. My car was filthy. Been months since a wash and it shows. I vacuum periodically and run through a gas station rinser once in a while. Full service in Hampton Roads means Auto Bell. I fell for a "special" that ran about thirty bucks. It did cover a bunch of services and the car came out looking ok. There's still a smidge of seagull crap on the roof. Been there and slowly vanishing since May. Not an Auto Bell issue, though. I know I need to detail Vlad eventually but Auto Bell came through and the impala is as stealth as it can be. Great service. Some Autobells are pretty average kinda like every other car wash. But this Autobell was very special because of the magnificent service. I never would've thought that a car wash would have skilled service but they made my day better. Super personable workers, also super high energy and quality work. I read reviews before coming so I was already a little skeptical bc as other reviewers have said, they are not good. It didn't look like they wiped down inside or vacuumed at all. Please do not take your car to AutoBell! They are horrible. The workers are lazy and do not do a good job with cleaning the inside of the vehicle. I took my car on Saturday for a interior and exterior wash. It didn't even look like they cleaned the inside. When I called to complain the only thing that I was told was that I could take it to another AutoBell for them to clean. I give AutoBell a negative five stars. Y'all suck! I was liking the monthly plan because of the unlimited car washes until I was locked out of my account and told I'd have to wait 16 days to get back into it! That's over half the month without being able to use the services?!? I haven't visited Autobell in a while but I know for sure the prices weren't the same as before. In fact the price has gone up. I was somewhat disappointed but I wanted to get my car washed. It turns out that the service is terrible. They let your car sit while the water dries up and then I noticed the young man using a spray bottle of liquid to clean my windows and use the same rags and liquid on the car. To make matters worse the car had dry water spots everywhere and they didn't bother to wipe it off. That's what I get for the increase in price? Never again! read more

I've been to car washes numerous times and I really don't like having to point out numerous issues. This is my first time visiting this car. I got the manager's special which include a good interior cleaning. I left the cup holder compartment open because I knew that I needed some TLC, when I returned to my car, there was still trash inside. When I mentioned it someone came and cleaned it out. The trash that was in the cup holder on the floor -_- Birds had popped on my car and I recently got back from a trip. That's the reason I decided on a car wash; there was still visible poop on my windshield and dead bugs on my grill when they told me it was ready. The passenger seat had big crumbs left in it, as if no one had even attempted to wipe the seat out. Suffice it to say, I basically paid $38 for a car wash. I'm not happy read more

As a first time customer, I left this establishment completely unsatisfied. I paid for the highest priced car wash & interior option, but when I returned to my car it looked untouched. The full dashboard was noticeably still dusty, my leather seats had some type of white streaks on them, and the 3rd row of my suv was not done at all. They didn't even vacuum the trunk which also is part of the 3rd row of my suv. I feel like they used dirty rags on my leather and that's what caused the white streaks. I talked to the manager and he had someone redo it, but it still was dirty looking. I came home and spent over an hour cleaning my own vehicle. The wipes I used were clearly dirty from the rags they used. I got some of the white streaks out but some of them settled right into the leather. I called customer service and just wanted a refund but I guess they don't offer refunds to customers. I honestly feel like I wasted my time and money. DO NOT come here if you expect a good job and a CLEAN vehicle. read more

This is the worst car wash company ever! Not only this location but all of them! The first location I went to left streaks on all of my windows and only partially dried the outside of my vehicle. The second chance I gave them was worse! They took over an hour to attend to my vehicle, leaving the door wide open the whole time. I had to get the attention of one of the workers just for him to say "we lost tack of who came first." I get in my car to see a dark boot stain on the upholstery (the inside of my car is light colored). Just an overall horrible experience. I will never be back! For $42 plus tip my Jeep had a grill that was covered in dirt that I could clearly see from 10ft. Tires that had to be redone and windows that were streaky. Will I go back? Never. My first visit as I usually go to the car wash on Little Creek Road but thought these guys would be better. First the attendant suggested the $40 special which included more hand wipe down and other perks. First thing I was surprised to stay in the vehicle through the washing and then self-driving to the wipe down area. There were several attendants on my car but they were done very quickly and didn't see anything special for the higher price. I had to ask someone to clean my console area better and the driver side door smudges. Definitely not worth the $40. read more

I've been here multiple times and all 3 were poor experiences. Let's start with this, my truck has power folding mirrors, so before I got out of my car I folded them in. When my car came out the attendants pulled them out manually, throwing them off their tracks. Next time I didn't fold them in thinking they would do it manually then fold them out manually, they didn't fold them in and my mirrors got ripped forward. Also they are completely understaffed, every car that comes out of the car wash gets pushed out by the rollers and an attendant drying cars comes sprinting over to catch it because it is not steadily manned. They're so so I'm writing this review after they pulled my truck out and before they even touched it. The sun is going to dry it with all the water marks on it. It took them 17 minutes to touch my truck with a towel. They ain't cheap either! read more

Autobell gets 4 stars with me because, overall, I've had pretty good experiences. I've had some visits where it's good I didn't review but those are very rare. The staff is always running around being busy working on cars and they do a pretty good job for what you pay for. Just look at your car before you leave, leave a nice tip for the hard working lads, and drive off in your freshly washed car. I will be back again to have my car washed here because I'm too lazy to wash it myself. read more
