I walked around my car and noticed that the trim work was completely pulled up and pulled back. It was sticking completely out. I got the attention of a worker there and he went and got his manager. They tried to press the trim work back down. But of course there was nothing that could be done. So the manager informed me that he would go in and make a claim in that someone will be in contact me. So I never received a phone call, on Tuesday, I call them and I ask you know about if someone would be in contact with me about the damage that was done to my car. Well, the guy who answered a phone informed me that he was the manager and he tried to come up with some excuse that that my trim worked was worn out and I informed him that my car is a 2024 car, there is no way so he agreed and he said well, he will get in contact with his superior and he will give me a phone call back. It has been 2 days later. I have never received a phone call and no concern at all. That day was my last day ever going back there. The fact that they tried to blame when they have cameras to show that my trim work was completely down. Prior to me, going in and through the first half of the car wash, so there was no excuse. I feel like I've been lied to by the manager. He informed me that someone from the claim would contact me and then when I call them back, you could tell that the claim was never submitted. It was just them saying that, oh, it was wear and tear. It was not nowhere and tear that caused the damage to my car. My car is new, so just be aware.

Wheels look good, though. Check out your rotating brushes (something abrasive there - perhaps just "too" new. Anyhow, I support local businesses and like what they are tying to do. Visited Quick C Car Wash today and well I give them a B-. Staff is friendly but smoke while on the…read morejob. The guy who took my $20 was smoking while he while he explained the services and processed my payment. Another employee picked up a half smoked cigarette that was laying on the wall and asked another employee if it was his. When my car was ready one employee picked up my car mats and walked them to my car. Water was dripping from the mats as he placed them in my car. I had to ask him to dry them off. He did while stating they were supposed to be vacuumed dry. When I got in the car my rearview mirror was still dirty. There was still dog hair on the sides of my seats where they didn't vacuum. The dash still has dust from where they missed. My side mirror is smeared (I'll post a pic of it). I understand it was the end of the day but the last car should be as clean as the first. And No I didn't think they deserved a tip. I doubt I'll go back.

I just so happened to be visiting Matthews after a recent move and when I pulled up was having troubles with the payment machine due to my error...and a sweet guy name Phil came to assist me.... but the funny thing about it was I had been going there on their monthly special for sometime now over a year and just the fact that he knew me and was asking where had I been? I mean it was just so nice to know that the old Customer Service still stands strong where businesses knew all of their patrons by face or name...THANK YOU so much Phil for being so cordial and kind and making my day! I opted for the $25 wash, which I think was the most comprehensive? The automatic wash feels really strong and powerful as well. Then the easy, do-it-yourself vacuuming bays. The only reason I'm dropping 4 stars (instead of 5) is that I had hoped that there would also be some towels and sprays for some detailing work you may be able to do at the self-service bays. Maybe I'm expecting too much?? In any case, I did bring some Wet Ones...and that helped greatly. I also wish they had an option to pay extra for someone to vacuum-clean the interior. Also, there didn't seem to be any tipping involved here...or did I miss something? Anyway, now that I know, I'm sure to return here or other Sam's locations near me for future touch-ups. The wash itself is $2.50 for 5 minutes, during which you can barely do anything. It takes about 20 seconds to switch between the operations. The vacuum power is so low that it takes 5x as long to remove debris from carpet. I sneezed and saw more dirt come off the floor than when I held the vacuum over it. Before you've completed the drivers front seat and floor, the time beeper warns you that time is about to expire and you get one quick swipe at the passenger side and the vacuum switches off. Now my girlfriend be ridin' dirty beside me over there and Chamillionaire isn't even on the radio! Use this place for washing your car. Don't use it for vacuuming. *no, the vacuum tube wasn't plugged up with French fries, and for the owner, if you believe this is secluded to 1 vacuum, check the middle one.
