I have been a repeat customer since day. On this past Saturday, my kids and I was going through the…read morecar wash and we heard a thump. As the brushes was passing, we finished with the car wash. I walked around my car and noticed that the trim work was completely pulled up and pulled back. It was sticking completely out. I got the attention of a worker there and he went and got his manager. They tried to press the trim work back down. But of course there was nothing that could be done. So the manager informed me that he would go in and make a claim in that someone will be in contact me. So I never received a phone call, on Tuesday, I call them and I ask you know about if someone would be in contact with me about the damage that was done to my car. Well, the guy who answered a phone informed me that he was the manager and he tried to come up with some excuse that that my trim worked was worn out and I informed him that my car is a 2024 car, there is no way so he agreed and he said well, he will get in contact with his superior and he will give me a phone call back. It has been 2 days later. I have never received a phone call and no concern at all. That day was my last day ever going back there. The fact that they tried to blame when they have cameras to show that my trim work was completely down. Prior to me, going in and through the first half of the car wash, so there was no excuse. I feel like I've been lied to by the manager. He informed me that someone from the claim would contact me and then when I call them back, you could tell that the claim was never submitted. It was just them saying that, oh, it was wear and tear. It was not nowhere and tear that caused the damage to my car. My car is new, so just be aware.

EDIT: I have a garage kept Camaro. Just out of curiosity I tried Tommy's. I asked guy at window if…read morethey supplied post wash rags... his response "our blowers dry off 85% of water and the sun does the rest. He was professional and courteous. Be that as it may, my trunk lid got minor scratches and area near spoiler now has small scratches. Might be something in/on the brushes???. Scratches on front of my hood, too. Wheels look good, though. Check out your rotating brushes (something abrasive there - perhaps just "too" new. Anyhow, I support local businesses and like what they are tying to do. Would love access to post wash clothes, too. Thanks.

Car looks like they didn't vacuum at all. Very sloppy, can't trust to use the right products on the right surfaces. If you like your car, don't have it cleaned here.

It was the Autobell in Rock Hill SC, located on Celanese Road near the HWY77 entry point. I have no idea other than this way to send a message other than call and after my experience with AutoBot that I spoke to when I WAS LEFT STRANDED. That is not an option. I still get worked up when I think about the stupid questions that he asked me. I honestly don't like to put people down, but that day the entire team failed. On top of it all, I gave the guys a $10 tip because I know they're young and need the money, but rest assured that I am not an ATM and certainly not the government where I can give our money to non working people. Since we are at an impasse where I can't call a robot and I am not posting my contact info on your site. Just let it go and I will go my way and you go yours. 0 stars and I am gone. I only tell the customers that read this BEWARE OF SERVICES RENDERED. THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM DOING A MARGINAL JOB AND KEEPING YOUR KEYS.

The wash itself is $2.50 for 5 minutes, during which you can barely do anything. It takes about 20 seconds to switch between the operations. By the time you are done, for a full wash, you have spent $6-8 and for that price you can get a much better machine wash.

Regarding the exterior wash, this place meets the requirements but the vacuums suck at sucking…read more This is one of the only coin op self spray systems I've found around here. Two bays accept credit card, also, and it's priced reasonable. I would rate the exterior self wash a 3 star. I'd rate the vacuums 0 star if I could. The fact that I'm sitting here at the carwash downloading Yelp to leave a review should tell you a lot. I'm very disappointed with the vacuums. The vacuum power is so low that it takes 5x as long to remove debris from carpet. I sneezed and saw more dirt come off the floor than when I held the vacuum over it. Before you've completed the drivers front seat and floor, the time beeper warns you that time is about to expire and you get one quick swipe at the passenger side and the vacuum switches off. Now my girlfriend be ridin' dirty beside me over there and Chamillionaire isn't even on the radio! Use this place for washing your car. Don't use it for vacuuming. *no, the vacuum tube wasn't plugged up with French fries, and for the owner, if you believe this is secluded to 1 vacuum, check the middle one.
