I cannot comment on the automotive repair side however I have come two different times to vacuum out my car weeks apart from each other and again the vacuum cleaner has eaten my money. Probably the most honest people I've ever had working on my car. Period. Every time I need to have my oil changed or my tires rotated, I start to wish that I was back in Fort Mill so I could go to Tega Cay Wash & Lube and have them take care of it. As a young woman who knows little to nothing about cars, it's nice to go to a place and receive the same level of service whether I'm alone or with my father and brother. I would venture to say that every other place I've ever taken a vehicle has made me feel uncomfortable at some point in the process by trying to sell me something that I don't need. That's never the case with these guys. The only different treatment I got because of my gender was receiving a free car wash because it was "Lady's Day", and I ain't about to complain about that :) read more

Almost every trip through my truck would exit filthier than it entered! That is disappointing considering this place is a minute away from where I live. This place has gone down hill. We used to get our pull changed there all the time. Found out they did a unnecessary repair to my minivan. Then tried to say they didn't. They ruined my neighbors car. They said she was going to fast after her oil change. The new owners seem to have no clue how to run s business ave they are lazy. They left me at the counter waiting to check out to go use the bathroom. Stay away from this place. read more

I went and had my vehicle serviced at Tega Cay Wash and Lube. The service was quick and done properly the management staff went over a multi-point check sheet of my vehicles health and recommended services that we're needed based on miles, and the year of my vehicle. The staff never pressured me into buying anything. I am very confident that the technicians that were repairing my vehicle did it correctly as they only employee ASE certified technicians. The prices were the lowest around and I will be returning for service of all of my vehicles in the future, along with telling my family and friends about this amazing service. Honestly the worst car wash I think I've ever been to. Previously I thought of bad car washes as the automatic ones that you go through and when it's all said and done, the car is still dirty and you literally just wasted money and time. This is somehow worse than that. These were self-wash stations and that's usually the better way to go because you can scrub as you see fit. But I spent the first 5 minutes trying to get a station to read my credit card because the bill changer was out of order. It never did read my card, but there was nothing saying it was out of order. Eventually I moved to another station that was open. This was one read my card on the first attempt and I selected the pre-rinse. NO water came out even though the timer started counted down. I switched to brush; same thing. Unbelievable. The unit never worked. There was no staff on the car wash side but I was able to snag somebody from the oil change side of the building. When I told him what had happened he was not surprised. He mumbled something about why it wasn't working and then said he would fix it in the mechanical room. He started the timer over for free and told me try again, but even though water was now coming out, the pressure was oh so weak. Soap didn't suds up when it came out and both the hoses for the sprayer and the brush leaked everywhere (all over me mainly) while it attempted to work. So yeah, can't recommend this car wash at all, although they may be cool for oil changes and such. I will not return. read more

Horrible business. Watched the "owner" Jim curse out his employees. Same visit someone came back because they forgot to put a cap on and it ruined his car. They treated him like dirt. Refused to help him and told him to leave. Car wash is a joke and constantly broken down. I've lived in Fort Mill my entire life and this place was running good a few years ago. After my experience, I told everyone I knew to stay away. Buyer beware. read more
