I paid the 45 service that they talked me into and then they did none of the things. I spoke with the rude, aggressive employee showing him what they didn't do which resulted in me calling the cops. I paid $40 for a full service car wash because the car interior was very dirty. Waited an hour for it to be finished. Lousy job, windows still streaked and dirty and they didn't vacuum the back seat or the back of the car. I won't go back. read more

When I came out of the car wash the line of cars waiting to be cleaned reached all the way to the exit of the car wash. I pulled to the left to allow the cars behind me to exit the car wash. I sat for an hour and a half outside in 80+ degree heat waiting for my SUV to be cleaned. The employees were all over the place. They stood around and talked to each other instead of working. There was no order. They would jump from one car to the next without finishing it. Every single employee walked past my SUV and pulled other cars behind mine forward to be cleaned. Five cars that were behind me were cleaned before mine was cleaned and that was only after I went up to an employee to see what was going on. I never received an apology for the long wait. I purchased my car wash at 2:27 pm and didn't leave until 3:57 pm. That was the absolute worst service I have ever had! They weren't short staffed it was just poorly managed. read more

Good service horriable wash packages.picked the $18.00 package but doesnt come with vacum on the inside. In CA ALL car washes vacum even the basic there is better than this 18.00 car rinse. No wonder I haven't been to Autobell in a decade, still horrible as usual, overpriced interior/exterior cleaning. Looks like they sprayed a little water on it and that's it. Don't go to Autobell. I happened to go yesterday, 6/27/19. Paid for full service car wash, tires, under carriage, armor all dash and leather seats cleaned for $30. Requested special attention to front and back cup holders. Unfortunately, the teenager (Nick) must have been upset that I requested special attention to cup holders and decided to keep my vehicle hostage for over an hour. Found my car parked in a separate lot off to the side. Not cleaned inside and minimally cleaned outside. Extremely poor service by teens who don't care about their job. Fortunately, lots of other car wash options in the area! Any other car wash in Rocky Mount will be a better choice than Autobell :) read more

Fool me once my fault, fool me twice, get a review on Yelp. Had a horrible experience when they got my car hung up on the rails that move the car through the wash. I figured that teenage manager was gone by now. Have them a second chance on a different car. Paid for the most expensive package and in received a dirty car. Called the manager, took it back for them to finish the job. I still have dirty car. Never again. Waste of time and money. read more
