Poor experience even before any work! Thanking God I stopped in to confirm they received the front bumper skin in advance of scheduled repair work. I should have known, when the original estimate came days late there would be service and process quality issues, even before scheduling. I was apparently quoted for repair of a front bumper skin, even though we were all clear at the time of the initial assessment. I was also to have a 3 inch dent in the tailgate of the truck repaired. I was informed, when checking if the skin was in, the manager quoted wrong and the repair would cost almost $700 more. Watch please for shady business practices! read more

I used them for a deer colision. They were very professioal yet down to earth nice. They brought me home after I delivered the car for repair and brought the car to me when it was done. The interior ofnthe car had been cleaned incljding mats. I would not hesitate to recommend them. read more

I have used this business for multiple repairs mostly involving deer or other wildlife. Each time, they were professional, empathetic to my distress at the loss and helpful in working with my insurance company to get the repair estimates submitted. They also assisted in coordinating a rental car for the duration of the repair time. There have been delays in getting work done but they have been related to either a backlog of work and/or delays in receiving parts necessary in completing the repairs. Other repair shops I had contacted during these times quoted the same backlog times due to similar reasons. Our vehicles have been completed to essentially new condition and I have always been pleased with their work. No problems noted with any repairs. read more

Scam artists! They will change your estimate if they find out the insurance estimate is higher.

We took a vehicle in on trade from a customer who took their vehicle here. After numerous calls and broken promise times we finally got the vehicle back 3 months after the customer traded it in. Once we got it back the vehicle began to have electrical issues and they would not fix a problem they got paid for by the insurance company. Would not use this company if I was a customer. read more

Took my SUV to Autobody Collision in December. The vehicle slid on black ice and hit a telephone pole. The left front fender, light, hood bumper and grill were badly damaged. I was asked by the receptionist if the damage was covered by insurance. I explained that it was a 14 year old vehicle with 170,000 miles so I did not carry coalition insurance. The gentleman come out to look at it and take photos. We discussed that I wanted to fix it as economically as possible. He understood and told me that they would get back to me. I called a week later and said they were very busy and would get back to me. After 2 more weeks I called and was told again they were very busy and she had my estimate at the top of the pile. 2 weeks later I gave up and went elsewhere. Still have not received my estimate. It appears that unless they can charge an insurance company they don't want your business. read more
