I went from Dallas to Austin with me scheduled to arrive within three hours. Ended up getting to Austin half an hour earlier than expected. Much more pleasant experience compared to Megabus on the way to Dallas. WiFi never works on Megabus. Even if they seat you on the older Kerrville buses. Ironically the older Kerrville bus was more comfortable compared to the double decker Megabus. On the Kerrville bus, I had more leg room and the AC actually worked.

Then acted like we were jot there. As good at customer service as an oversized paper weight. But a paper weight would have bee of more use. I had to buy another ticket and it set me back 6hours and 43$. If there is any other way to get where you are going take it. I have never been treated so rudely over a mistake that was not mine. I mean their driver was late if they cant help who the ef can. Seriously one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Greyhound needs to get it together. The terminal itself is clean, basic seating that can accommodate the large number of people there. Bathrooms are clean, free coffee, vending machines, and the bilingual staff was friendly. Buses seem a bit dated but my family member says they are comfortable, never complained about the drivers in fact she prefers to sit at the front closer to the drivers. Bus station is not in the best neighborhood but never had a bad experience going down there. If someone offers to help you carry bags to your car be ready to pay them a couple bucks. To Management: CHANGE THE SMOKE ALARM BATTERY, it has been chirping for months!!!!

If they don't have any passengers scheduled to board or get off they won't make any extra stops. I always get to my destination at least half an hour before the scheduled time. The seats lean back pretty far and there are electrical outlets to charge your phone on every seat. There is also WiFi available on all buses. I will keep taking this bus line.
