I had to buy another ticket and it set me back 6hours and 43$. If there is any other way to get where you are going take it. I have never been treated so rudely over a mistake that was not mine. Much more pleasant experience compared to Megabus on the way to Dallas. WiFi never works on Megabus. Even if they seat you on the older Kerrville buses. Ironically the older Kerrville bus was more comfortable compared to the double decker Megabus. On the Kerrville bus, I had more leg room and the AC actually worked.

If they don't have any passengers scheduled to board or get off they won't make any extra stops. I always get to my destination at least half an hour before the scheduled time. The seats lean back pretty far and there are electrical outlets to charge your phone on every seat. There is also WiFi available on all buses. I will keep taking this bus line.
