Then acted like we were jot there. As good at customer service as an oversized paper weight. But a paper weight would have bee of more use. I had to buy another ticket and it set me back 6hours and 43$. If there is any other way to get where you are going take it. I have never been treated so rudely over a mistake that was not mine. I mean their driver was late if they cant help who the ef can. Seriously one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Greyhound needs to get it together. I went from Dallas to Austin with me scheduled to arrive within three hours. Ended up getting to Austin half an hour earlier than expected. Much more pleasant experience compared to Megabus on the way to Dallas. WiFi never works on Megabus. Even if they seat you on the older Kerrville buses. Ironically the older Kerrville bus was more comfortable compared to the double decker Megabus. On the Kerrville bus, I had more leg room and the AC actually worked.

If they don't have any passengers scheduled to board or get off they won't make any extra stops. I always get to my destination at least half an hour before the scheduled time. The seats lean back pretty far and there are electrical outlets to charge your phone on every seat. There is also WiFi available on all buses. I will keep taking this bus line.

I want to thank the staff for making my trip easier than I anticipated. They held the train for 5 minutes for me to walk to the handicapped entrance and showed my daughter how to purchase tickets online after we boarded. Still, it gets the job done with the usual automated ticket vending machine on the platform. It is well lit at night and there is a decent amount of foot traffic in the area. Still, Dallas is a big city and you need to be aware of your surroundings. As the station is in downtown where the lines converge, this station is on the Red, Orange and Blue lines between St. Paul and Cityplace/Uptown. And it is also the last stop on the Green line between St. Paul and Deep Ellum.

I WOULD have been anxious as an older woman if I had to stand under that bridge, which is not near anything within walking distance, as an older woman.
