I looked on google and came across Auto Glass Express. My granddaughter had a rock chip in her window. Driver side. I spoke to Laurel at the office. who advisedd me it would be $50. I didn't want to turn it in to insurance as I raised deductible on her car since it's 235,000 miles on her 2010 Honda Accord. We set it up for the next day and the appointment window was between 8-12pm. (Not too pleased with a 4 hour window, but what the heck. It needed fixed) Laurel said a tech would call before they headed over. I waited... waited... no call. Finally at 11:55am I decided to call Laurel myself to ask where the tech is and to let her know no one has called me yet and it's been 4 hours! I was a bit irritated since they didn't stay in touch-as they said. She informed me the tech would be here in 15 minutes. The tech called me from his cell and said he was able to be at my house in 10 minutes. Sure enough, he pulled up within 5 minutes. Super nice tech. He set up and had the chip fixed in less than 10 minutes, if that! I called the next day to pay over the phone to Laurel. $50. Done! I would normally only give 2 stars due to the long wait, but the tech was so nice, and so was Laurel the office manager. They deserve 5 stars and a I highly recommend Auto Glass Express! Use them!! I came back from my deployment to a cracked windshield. Don't know if it happened prior to me leaving or while I was gone. Anyway, I called to check out their prices, filed a claim the same night and they were at my apartment the next day replacing my windshield. The molding on my windshield and rooftop became unsecure and they fixed that as well. It was slightly inconvenient not being able to drive my vehicle for the hour after they completed work, but that's just a part of the work that was done. I did not want to comprise the integrity of their work. Quick, friendly and mobile! Everything a busy girl like myself needs. One note: don't be alarmed that Alan may not be the person who comes to do your windshield, but he is the person you'll likely encounter when scheduling and handing insurance information. I called a local store in Marysville and was given a price quote but also told that I needed to bring my car in, drop it off, etc. When I inquired about their mobile service, they wanted to charge $30 +, so I consulted Yelp and thanks to fellow Yelpers I contacted Auto Glass Express. I was given friendly quote over the phone and told that they could have a technician, to me, free of charge the next day - free, wait, what? I will take it! The tech arrived on time, was also friendly and professionally installed my new windshield. Apparently a small chip is not worth the effort of coming to Yuba City to repair. I made the phone call, didn't know I had reached the correct business due to the answer of "Hello." When requesting service to come repair the chip in my windshield I was told a chip is not worth the effort of sending someone to repair it. The response I got aside from that was to put a piece of tape on it and call someone else. read more

I got a chipped windshield that I didn't noticed for a few days as it was already covered in bugs and bird crap. I called USAA to file a claim and they referred me to this business. The woman on the other line was able to get all my information for the claim and repair work and scheduled me a mobile repair appointment for the following morning. The next morning, I get a phone call from the repairman, Troy, and he lets me know that he has arrived at my car. Pretty cool that he knew where my car was despite me not telling him. Work is started promptly and is done within 15 minutes. Thank you for your courteous employers, prompt, outstanding repair and for saving me $60 for a chip repair and possibly $300 for a new windshield. High 5's all around read more

we have a 2001 suburban. we thought something was rattling under the dash, but we were wrong. the windshield that had been installed when we bought the vehicle was not installed properly. they didnt use a primer and the windshield was just sitting in place. every time we hit a bump it rattled. we called Auto Glass Express and he said they could probably take the windshield out and reinstall it properly for about $85.00. I couldnt believe how affordable that was. he said if it broke it would be about $170.00. thats what i was prepared to pay to reinstall it. they sent mike rawlings. he is a nga certified master glass technician to fix the problem and he did.
