Anyway, I called to check out their prices, filed a claim the same night and they were at my apartment the next day replacing my windshield. The molding on my windshield and rooftop became unsecure and they fixed that as well. It was slightly inconvenient not being able to drive my vehicle for the hour after they completed work, but that's just a part of the work that was done. I did not want to comprise the integrity of their work. Quick, friendly and mobile! Everything a busy girl like myself needs. One note: don't be alarmed that Alan may not be the person who comes to do your windshield, but he is the person you'll likely encounter when scheduling and handing insurance information. Not that it is a problem, but he runs the main shop in Auburn with the paperwork and such, and his technicians at local office in Yuba City takes care of you :)

I didn't want to turn it in to insurance as I raised deductible on her car since it's 235,000 miles on her 2010 Honda Accord. We set it up for the next day and the appointment window was between 8-12pm. (Not too pleased with a 4 hour window, but what the heck. It needed fixed) Laurel said a tech would call before they headed over. I waited... waited... no call. Finally at 11:55am I decided to call Laurel myself to ask where the tech is and to let her know no one has called me yet and it's been 4 hours! I was a bit irritated since they didn't stay in touch-as they said. She informed me the tech would be here in 15 minutes. The tech called me from his cell and said he was able to be at my house in 10 minutes. Sure enough, he pulled up within 5 minutes. Super nice tech. He set up and had the chip fixed in less than 10 minutes, if that! I called the next day to pay over the phone to Laurel. $50. Done! I would normally only give 2 stars due to the long wait, but the tech was so nice, and so was Laurel the office manager. They deserve 5 stars and a I highly recommend Auto Glass Express! Use them!! It was better. After 6 hours, I was amazed at how well it blocked the Sun UV rays. For this high quality work, the price is reasonable. Please note that a Cyber Truck Windshield is very large and slopes at a very acute angle. Thus the time and effort to place this heat blocking ceramic tint. This review would not be complete without a shout out to Philip and Victoria. They are very professional yet very friendly. They are both well versed on their products. One of the vehicles was actually quite difficult, as it was a BMW 440i Gran Coupé, it has the sportback trunk, which is advance way of calling it's a hatchback style... Well even with some of the hardware that creates privacy in the cargo area, they managed to absolutely nail it! I've gone with the darkest shape possible when it comes to the back windows, and maybe someone else did the front... Maybe not , and I go dark but not with the darkest shade, but let's just say that I love all of the windows and how they turned out! My most recent vehicle is a Ford Ranger Tremor, and yet another phenomenal job! I even came back and had them put in a limo black strip on the top of my windshield , since these days, they don't have any type of tinting on the top portion of the window, which used to be the case (at least for this truck), but with how this turned out, I would take the job they did any day over the little gradual tinting that used to be at the top of windshield virtually all the time. BTW, I see people doing that, even with vinyl and it's extremely low, as they go with anywhere from 6 to 8 inches sometimes... That's just not the look I would go for, and these guys were nice enough and skilled enough to customize mine and have it drop down the perfect amount, yet not have me feeling like I'm looking through some tiny little rectangular opening, as I feel like many of the cars do. The windshield strip is a little over 4 inches, and just in my view, it turned out perfect. Nothing against those who like it to go lower, because to each their own! But I would go with these guys every time, and I always just spend the extra money and go with the top end ceramic material. I can't leave my vehicles alone, and I am overly attentive to detail, and I figure if you're gonna do it, do it right and do it the way you want it to turn out and that's what they allow me to do So five stars all the way. And I thought it was a great value and they did a super quick for the windshield strip!

I called these guys on a Friday and gave them all the info needed then they said they would call me…read moreback with a quote, well they didn't get back to me so I called them again on Monday and I was given a quote later on BUT it was the wrong quote, they did not communicate with each other all the info I gave them , anyways finally one of the guys said he would be out to take measurements and he never showed or called then when I called him the next day and asked him about it he said he called and left a voice mail but I have a cell phone and didn't get any missed calls or a voice mail. Then he told me again that he would be out today to take the measurements , well business hours are over and I still have not heard from anyone. That's bad customer service if you ask me. I will take my business to the Glass Guru.
