These guys are great! After years of chasing a leak in my trucks back power window, I finally took it to the pros. After a quick assessment it was determined the leak was due to the drain holes at the base of the window being clogged! A few minutes of a compressed air cleaning and the drains were cleared and working perfectly. When I tried to pay for the diagnosis and service I was told "No charge for compressed air!" This business is so well ran and they really care about their customers. It seems like once every couple months I get a chip on the way into work. These guys come to my office on time every time. This is the 3rd time my family has used Premier, and each time has been such a great experience. Yesterday morning I called needing a new driver's window, they got us in the same day, used a shop vac, and vacuumed the remaining glass in his car with no extra charge. I had drove my car off the road into a ditch in order to avoid a dog in the middle of the road on Rioso in pitch black dark. I had to wait 5 1/2 hours for a tow truck that never showed and therefore I had to leave my vehicle, and by the time I returned back with the tow truck someone had busted out my window. Telling the story because it was pretty traumatic experience and Premier auto glass was pleasant from the first time they picked up the phone. Phillip brought Reliable's Mobil Service to my house, arriving half an hour earlier than expected which was perfect. He replaced the rear side window of my car which had been smashed by thieves.
